SHIPING IS SLOW. Even with paying extra for 5 days shipping... and no answers to emails

Everything arrived in a week. (Sent in Italy) Really happy with my colors!

Horrific, do not give them your money, they will keep it and never send your order or reply to you whatsoever. They are a scam. I paid for an order of over £100 in January and never received it, I have sent them numerous emails, messages, instagram comments etc etc all they do is generate a pacifying AI response and nothing happens. Disgusting that they claim to support artists.

Placed an order June 23, 2026, today is August 16, 2026. Never received order, customer service told me twice they’d get back to me and never did. Guess I should have read reviews before placing order. I had to get refund through my bank. Don’t waste your time, you will never receive your order.

I have to write a review here on trust pilot because everywhere else I try to leave a review on this website, there is just no option to leave a review.
Go to their website nothing. Go to google reviews nothing. Go to google maps nothing. They don’t even have there company phone number or address public.
Granted I don’t know how UK business practices work but that just feels sketchy as all hell.
But regardless of that and never thinking to look up reviews of Culture Hustle I bought a small container of their black 4.0 back in July 15th. It is now almost a month later since I put in that order and I have heard nothing. They said that it was supposed to arrive on August 6th for me but just a day later I recheck it to see if the arrival date was extended but now it just reads “waiting for details”.
So I reach out via both email & a complaint on shop/shopify app and waited for a response. Next day I get on of those pity auto responses like “We got a lot emails to look at so we’ll get back to you asap” type of bullshit. So I waited another day to see if I get feedback. But instead they just be spamming my email with all deals and ads.

At first I thought that maybe they are just having some trouble with their postal service since I live in the US I’d figure it take longer than 2 weeks to arrive overseas from UK but that fact that there’s been NO INTEREST for them to get back to me has pissed me off. I even dm’d them on Instagram to figure out what’s going on with my order & that I want an immediate email. Although whoever runs the insta (probably all socials) is frequently active I have gotten nothing and I definitely feel like I’m not alone on this.
I looked at all the reviews good and bad. From what I’ve seen so far is that evey good reviews/comment is basically just glazing the company and their products or just a simple 5 star. Those are the comments that CH WILL respond to, funny that all the rest of the comments are complaining bout false arrival/delivery time, receiving incorrect/missing products, paints being chunky or curdled, ignoring emails and refund requests & basically just treating you like a dog.
I truly hate to sound so mean about this but these are some of the worst and shadiest business practices I’ve seen in a hot minute. Like even when you go to their website everything on there is NOT A GUARANTEE.
From the order you place. The product you receive. Arrival dates. To even their whole shpeel in there feedback/refund page where they say that they will try and do there best to make it to the customer. Yeah, everyone sees how that turned out.

I have reached out to my credit card company to dispute the transaction since CH doesn’t care enough to do.

I first heard of this black 4.0 paint from a YouTuber called Boylei Hobbi Time and figured I finally see what all the hypes about.Im sure that the paint that this company makes is what it claims but how are we supposed make those claims ourselves if this company doesn’t even care to give you the product. It feels as if they care more about sponsorships or influencer engagement where they can get more exposure.
This would be a lot different if they did deposits for the paint since it’s made to order. Then when the batches are done and ready to ship they charge the remaining amount. If they are charging the full amount then yes I should have in within the time given considering I ALREADY PAID FOR IT.
Hearing from other that some orders have taken months or nearly a full year in silence before any action is taken on their end is crazy
Idk what happened to Culture Hustle cuz it seems like since 2023 people are just ignored.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM CULTURE HUSTLE. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY HOPING YOU FORGOT PURCHASE

If I could give them a zero stars review I would, since they gave me zero product after I paid for it and waited 8 months. I did get responses to emails, until recently when they started ghosting me. I don’t know if it’s a joke to them and they hate Trump so they’re stiffing Americans on supplies when they order and pay, but I didn’t pick him sooo, rude. Buyer beware. If you want to possibly never see the supplies you’ve ordered go ahead and try to order from them.

The company is a scam - I bought soem paint 170€ in February 2025 - never received teh paint and there respons are su full of shit that please peolple don't buy to them ... The will scam You UP. (and it seems I am not the only one) F... Them

I have no idea where all these negative reviews come from. My order arrived after 3 days with no problem at all.

Well i ordered paint Jan 15, 2026.

It is now August 3,2026 ive been sending emails but onlybgetting chat bots. My purchase number and tracking no longer work.

I saw the apology video still no paint, no responses. I asked for a refund but i doubt ill get it with the time that has passed.

I understand the fire was out of your control but since the apology video there has been no communication.

I bought the paint as a gift and now im embarrassed because i talked it up and it has yet to be delivered.

Placed an order in June and it is August and from what I can tell the order still has not shipped. I've written emails requesting tracking numbers only to get automated responses. They don't respond and don't seem to be the champions of the people that they claim to be. From the other reviews I've read it appears I shouldn't expect to get my money back either. Save your money and go to a mom and pop art store to support your community. Bogus.

So placed order July 5th - not received - email replies are useless and seem formatted (AI Bot) with no follow up. but send numerous new product releases - still not shipped.

I placed an order with Culture Hustle in June 2025 (around €80), but the products never arrived.

What has been even more disappointing than the missing order is the customer service. Over the past year, I have exchanged around 30 emails with the company. Every time I contacted them, I received essentially the same response: apologies, assurances that my case was being investigated, promises that someone would get back to me "shortly" or "as soon as possible." Unfortunately, that never happened.

In July 2026, I was told that my order had been migrated to their new online store as part of a system transition. When I logged into the new website, I found that my order had been marked as Cancelled. Despite this, I have never received a refund.

I have repeatedly asked for a clear explanation and a refund, but I am still waiting.

I used to have a very positive opinion of Culture Hustle and I enjoyed their products before. That makes this experience even more disappointing. Delays can happen, mistakes can happen, but leaving a customer without either the products or a refund for more than a year, while repeatedly promising updates that never arrive, is simply unacceptable.

My advice to anyone who has already ordered from Culture Hustle is this: keep a close eye on your buyer protection deadlines. If your order does not arrive and you are unable to get a timely resolution, do not wait indefinitely for repeated AI-generated promises that your case is "being investigated." If you paid through PayPal or by credit card, consider opening a dispute or requesting a chargeback before the relevant deadlines expire.

I ordered over 1 year ago. And it was never delivered.

Every few month I wrote to them. Responses were kind and always mentioned some exceptional circumstances why it was still not delivered and that this has now high priority. But nothing happened. And they stopped responding.

So I guess rumors are right, Stuart Semple is a cheater and I hope he is going to jail.

If I could give this no stars I would. This company basically took $80 of my money and just decided to do who knows what with it. I place an order for the Blackest Black, I wanted to use it to finish off some work for a show. This was ordered October 25 2025, it is now July 22nd 2026. I've gotten nothing but boilerplate auto responses with auto generated apologies. Unless you like throwing money into a European void I suggest you stay away

My order was shipped four months late. The mirror paint isn’t mirror and the watercolor paint is super basic and I’m pretty sure I’ve seen them on another site. There is no customer service at all just automated replies. Working with this company is really a dice game.

Amazing range of unique high quality artist materials- i love how versatile the powders are! They can be used to make watercolour, oil or acrylic paint depending on what you mix them with, and a little goes a long way.
I've recently purchased the heavy metal set and am very excited to get creative with them.

This is a scam.

Ordered in in July of 2025, still no delivery. I contacted them multiple times and nothing productive has come to pass. Just being placated or ignored for month.

I ordered months ago and it's still stuck in "order processing." I've reached out twice, waited weeks for a reply, and they still haven't said anything back. I've given up on hoping I'll receive the paint and am pursuing a refund instead.
