Love my cupple. Now I only need to pick up my water bottle and put it in my bag knowing I have a coffee cup if I need it. Love the new sipper lid. It totally improves my drinking experience while out and about!

A couple of cupples
We purchased a couple of cupples as a last minute item for a recent 3 week trip where we knew we were going to be drinking a lot of water / coffee. Unfortunately, one of the Cupples that were sent was the wrong colour, this was due to a mislabeled box. After a very quick email conversation the problem was solved and we received the right Cupple the day before we left. Absolutely fantastic customer service!!
The cupples we're great & did exactly what we expected them to, saved space, kept water cool, drinks hot. My only minor criticism being the lack of a cover on the cup cover which has been highlighted by others. It meant that you had to be careful carrying the full cup. I believe that this is being looked at and I would ask that when a solution is found that the new caps be made available as a retrofit.
Overall, a great product that does exactly what it says and fantastic customer service.

The most amazing drinking tool ever!
I got bought a couple in June and I absolutely love it! The one drawer all I had was the cups lid didn’t have a closure mechanism.
When I bought my wife one, it came with a new bottle top with straw and lid with seal - I was over the moon to them find out that I could purchase them separately - can’t wait for these to arrive to make my awesome cupple even more awesome!

Excellent customer service…
Unfortunately when my Cupple delivery first arrived Royal Mail failed to let me know and the parcel was returned. Elisa at Cupple turned into a life saver. She took on board my request for a different delivery method and dispatched my purchase again. Second time was the charm. I’m thrilled with the quality of the Cupples and am so excited to give them to my daughter and her boyfriend for Christmas.

I brought my bottle a few weeks ago
I brought my bottle a few weeks ago, it sure looks good sleek and easy to carry. However i was and remain sorely disappointed that the cup does not have a clip lip. I’m a hot chocolate
( extremely hot temperature) drinker and I was so looking forward to be out and about with my steaming hot chocolate on the move without fear of spilling on myself etc
Such a shame it is not getting the usage I thought it would. Please keep me updated if you decided to change the cup lid design.

Brilliant idea, but smells...
I got a Cupple as a Christmas present last year. I love the idea, its perfect for a day in the office or running errands. However - the bottle starts smelling really bad within 24 hours from deep cleaning. I have 2 other reusable metal bottles and don't have this problem with those. I clean the bottle with a bottle brush and fairly liquid, then once a week give it a deep clean with baking soda and boiling water (including the screw top). Cupple still starts smelling a day after. I even tested it where I haven't drank directly from the bottle and only poured from the bottle into a cup and the bottle still smells! I really dont understand why...

This isn't something we hear often, especially with the type of stainless steel we use, but occasional odour build-up can happen due to certain types of water (especially hard water), lingering residue, or even invisible bacterial growth if the bottle doesn’t fully dry out between uses.
One tip we’ve found that can help is leaving the bottle to air dry fully overnight with the lid off, or wiping it completely dry after deep cleaning. Some customers also find success using a vinegar rinse (diluted 1:1 with water), letting it sit for 5–10 minutes before rinsing thoroughly.
