Excellent product
Whilst I won my Cupple in a giveaway competition on TikTok, the product itself has been extremely useful. The multi purpose element is such a space-saver, and the cup itself is very well insulated. It stays hot or cold, depending on what you have in it, for a very long time (a couple of hours maybe). Can't recommend it highly enough.

Immediately attracted to the multi use aspect of this product. The modern slim design and choice of colours was also a deciding factor. So much so that I bought one for the wife too and she loves it. We both travel long journeys together and separately, so I gained brownie points too.

Cool and cuddly
I bought the Cupple because I liked the idea of it being a two in one system. Also I chose the dark blue because it resembles the disposable cups used by my favourite coffee outlet. I work in an office and I mentioned that the bottom half could have ice put in and a thin wine or beer bottle to keep cool 😎

Functional and elegant
I enjoy having functional things that can save me effort. The Cupple is perfect for this. I've always got a spare coffee mug whenever I have my bottle with me. Also being able to store a cup when I've used it just makes life so much easier for my morning commute

Took my Cupple on a rail trip round…
Took my Cupple on a rail trip round southern France. Enjoyed the versatility of taking both the coffee cup and the water bottle together (quite heavy!) OR just the water bottle. Survived being dropped, though dented rather easily. The cup is comfortable to hold and the water bottle easy to drink from. A 10/10 for me :)

I love my Cupple
I love my Cupple, my only complaint is that I'd like for the coffee cup to be bigger but I bought it to save on space so I appreciate you can't have it all!
Colour is lovely, keeps my hot drinks (almost too) hot and keeps just enough water that I'm able to stay hydrated but not too weighed down.
It's the perfect space-saver combo that I didn't know I needed until I saw it.

A Brilliant Little Product
A brilliant little product that's easy and convenient for my everyday commute and workplace breaks. I love my cupple having two in one is a major bonus for convenience, but if I had any feedback for improvement it would be to make a bigger version, just so I can hold that little bit more.

I bought this as a present to myself
I bought this as a present to myself, as I do a commute into central London on a sometimes quite packed public transport system. Arrived promptly and very well packed. The quality is outstanding. I bought the carrier as well as I use a back pack and it is quite awkward to reach for it when travelling. When filled with water it is not too heavy and it's performance is perfect keeping my water cold on the way to the office. Popping the bottom off when I get to the coffee shop is so easy. The only thing I don't like very much is drinking out of the metal opening of the bottle but other than that I would highly recommend it to everyone, a really good purchase.

Genius idea
I received my Cupple this week and think it's a great idea as I never seem to remember a reusable cup when I'm out and about, and when I do having to try to find somewhere to wipe it up so that it doesn't leak everywhere after I've used it is a pain. Being able to hide this away after use and only take up the space of a water bottle seems like a win win! Perfect gift idea 😊

It’s frustrating that the coffee cup lid doesn’t have a cover for the sipping hole. I’ve had several spills, and it feels like such a simple feature that’s missing.

Ingenious innovation
I bought the cupple after seeing it demonstrated on Tiktok.
I'm absolutely obsessed with it. I've been showing it off in work any chance I get. It fits the right amount of coffee. The strap to the lid of the water bottle is very convenient to hold.
The only change I'd like to see and it's very minor is for the coffee lid, the mouthpiece doesn't have a cover. So sometimes when walking or driving there's a bit of splashback. However this is also the same issue I'd have with a disposable coffee cup you would get in coffee shops.

Disappointing when used abroad
Took my bottle with me on holiday as I thought 2-in-1 would save space and be convenient. Unfortunately was disappointed. The water section didn’t keep my water cold; it became luke warm quite quickly. I think due to the metal part of the bottle becoming extremely hot in the sun (I burnt my hand on it). The cup for hot drinks did keep my drink hot though. Overall bottle heavier and bulkier than expected so not that great for carrying about. When twisting the top off the bottle the metal part at the bottom would sometimes twist off so not that secure. I think it needs to be slimmer, lighter, metal outer base to be changed and ensure cold drinks are kept cold longer.
In response to feedback- as you can imagine on holiday I drank more water than I usually would. Even putting ice cubes in the bottle didn’t make any difference. I do have other water metal water bottles that don’t scold my hands if left in the sun and keeps water cold. Unfortunately the cupple didn’t meet my needs but you have a tonne of customers who are very happy with it.

Cupple’s water bottle is designed to be lightweight and compact, which is why it’s single-walled. This means it won’t keep water cold for extended periods, and we don’t advertise it as such. But as it is designed to hold just 500ml of liquid, this will likely require filling a few times a day to ensure the user is properly hydrated and therefore water getting warm is less of a problem for most.
A double-walled structure would help with insulation, but it would also make the bottle significantly heavier—something we wanted to avoid to prioritise portability. Additionally, leaving any stainless steel bottle in direct sunlight for prolonged periods can lead to the exterior becoming very hot, regardless of the brand or design.
We appreciate your comments on the twisting mechanism and will take them into account for future developments.
