Two people from Curchods made the buying experience an absolute delight.
Firstly, initial contact through Jonathan who is the manager and a very very decent insightful helpful Man.
However complete kudos has to go to Caroline the senior negotiator who was absolutely 100% rock solid all the way through the process.
She is helpful, professional, polite patient thoughtful.
She is a benchmark for Customer Service.
So much so that on bank holiday’s she made herself available and in the evening she checked her emails and fundamentally made sure that everyone involved in this process were kept informed.
I cannot understate how Caroline’s involvement in the buying process completely transformed not only the outcome but also the experience.
Caroline is a credit to herself and Curchods (both).

We couldn’t be happier with the service our broker Tony Sexstone provided. From start to finish, he was exceptional always responsive, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and guided us in the right direction when purchasing our home, ensuring the process felt smooth and stress-free.
As first-time buyers, we were naturally unfamiliar with many aspects of the process, but he made everything clear and easy to understand. His support and patience truly made this experience enjoyable rather than overwhelming.
He consistently responded quickly whenever we needed help and made sure we fully understood every step. Most importantly, he worked in our best interest, securing an excellent mortgage deal and ensuring we got one of the best rates available on the market.

We had a fantastic experience with Curchods Godalming and cannot recommend them highly enough. We had valuations from several high street estate agents, but Curchods really stood out. The amount of research and preparation they did on our property before their visit was very impressive, and they were by far the most professional and informed.

Once we listed with them, their communication and level of service were exceptional. They sold our property quickly and guided us through to exchange and completion. A series of errors

Floor plans at launch were incorrect schematically and numerical floor size calculations.

Advert text was rushed and of poor quality, later explained as being due to staff working whilst sick.

Incorrect personal data was shared on sales notices

Viewing staff needed accompanying as did not know the facts of the house

Whilst overall our experience was very poor, it is worth saying that Adam at the Godalming branch is good.

A very professional service from Curchods in Woking. They kept us informed about viewings and we were able to agree a sale of the property only three weeks after our first meeting.

I felt the team in Kingston showed a personal interest in my purchase. Joanne in particular went to considerable trouble to find appropriate property and arrange visits.
Also the whole team seemed interested in helping us to get the best experience.

Excellent from start to finish. Really appreciated the open honest Communication and regular updates.

Curchods were great from the beginning. They know the local market and were realistic as we required. Despite two setbacks, for which they were not to blame, the sale went through quicker than I had anticipated. Their attention to detail was wonderful, and once, the secretary came to my house to help get it ready for a surprise viewing! I am happy to recommend them to anyone trying to make this process as stress free as possible.

Curchods clearly have an edge in the Kingston area with a large database of potential buyers, deep local knowledge and exceptionally experienced and professional agents. I was very happy with how the team handled my sale and a linked purchase, with clear communication, regular updates and a strong grip on the process throughout. Very reassuring and I would definitely recommend them.

Curchods were not only totally professional but personally interested. Everyone seems to really enjoy their job and gives their all. Their diplomacy was excellent in managing negotiations in a clear and open way. It is very easy to speak to Curchods with quick responses and action at all points, from initial visit to completion. Having found a buyer in double quick time, the sale hit a legal obstacle that dragged on for months. Mille was superb in her efforts to retain the buyer and an excellent communicator. She persuaded me to rent the flat to the buyers in order to keep them. I was initially reluctant, but proved the right decision as the sale was eventually completed. Curchods' rental arm completed the admin in an impressive 3 days and provided a good service.

The Curchods team at Ottershaw have gone above and beyond to assist in the sale of my mother’s property. They kept us fully updated throughout and chased down timelines liaising with all parties. I throughly recommend their services.

Team were very approachable right from the start and Justin was sensitive to a difficult situation with my Dad being elderly and struggling with hearing and at times understanding. He took it at Dads pace and was respectful.
The sales team accompanied prospective buyers and the sale was quick.
Chloe managed the sale which went through smoothly with good communication and support when Dad became ill.

They say selling a house is one of the most stressful things that you will do, they are not wrong but what they don’t tell you is if you get the right people to help you do it then it’s a lot easier even when things get very very tough. Curchods Esher are undoubtedly the right people infact one could say they might well be the best. They sold our family home with all of its memories with professionalism and care navigating some difficult circumstances and dealing with lots of emotion. We dealt with Laura who was just amazing, it was a difficult process but my word she handled it with aplomb she didn’t just do her job well she did it with so much kindness and compassion a truly wonderful person and a really good agent too!

Spencer and the Curchods team at Ottershaw have been 100% fantastic through the whole process from valuation right through to completion on my late parents house, I cannot praise them highly enough and would recommend them to anyone wanting to sell a property, thank you.

Curchods Ottershaw sold our house and we were very pleased with them. The teamwork was excellent. Spencer was the responsible person for our sale, and he was most impressive. Our sale was fairly straightforward, but the chain involved another house where one buyer caused a lot of delay and then pulled out, and the lender for the person who eventually bought that house also made things quite a bit more complicated. Spencer and Phill the manager and the other members of staff kept us informed and were tenacious in driving the sales forward, and overcoming these and other difficulties.
