Absolutely cheap and nasty!
Worked for all of 5 minutes then smoked and stopped.
Have tried twice to contact the company who now go by Grace nova
Paid well over the odds for this piece of tat and now am left well out of pocket with no way of getting in touch with anyone!!

All the same issues as listed below! Faulty goods then when contacted told i could have a 20% refund and keep the item as I would have to pay £40 to send back to China! Total joke of a company AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!

Package arrived damaged and it was in an unbranded box. When I opened it up,I saw the same hairdryer and attachments which were being sold on TikTok for £11!! Utter scam, so when I emailed and asked for the return address, so I could get a full refund, I was offered a £20 part refund and I could keep the item, or they could send me the return address for China, but it would cost me €40 to return it there. I told them I’d be contacting trading standards as it’s not Curlpro London, but Curlpro Berlin and China! Don’t touch this company with a barge pole!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Ordered a gift for Christmas, arrived over a month late it is a cheap Temu knockoff of the advertised item. They will refund you eventually, however you have to shoulder the massive £40+ cost to return.

Shambles and scam company, avoid.

Really not happy with this product. I ordered the curlpro hairstyler complete set and travel case for my partner from curl pro London. Apart from the fact it took well over 3 weeks to arrive from china and be late for Christmas, it came in 2 seperate deliveries. Then when my partner went to use this product for the first time it broke within 5 minutes and smoke came from the styler. This is what happens when you source cheap crap from the other side of the world

Would give zero if I could. Arrived and the parts don't fit! Also very cheap. Nothing like advertised. Customer services ignore you so basically stole £55!

Avoid avoid avoid. I bought this like a sucker after seeing it on social media. It’s plastic, smells of burning when you turn it on, it’s not fit for purpose. Don’t waste your money. I should have just saved up for a Dyson instead of thinking this would be a good alternative. It’s just a waste of money.

I would not even rate this product 1 star. It’s a pile of trash which has been made from plastic. It’s not to safe to use as no certification to confirm its quality and tests.

Ordered item on 4th December and was told delivery would be 10-14 days but it didn't arrive until 27th December. The item itself is very poor quality and doesn't do anything to hair. I requested a full refund but was told I could have a 20% refund and keep the item (which I don't want, because its useless) or return to China and pay £40. This response is completely contrary to the Consumer Rights Act, so the company should be avoided at all costs!

Do not use.

Items are like toy Quaility, cheap pliatic.If you want to return them, it costs as much as the item.

Horrendous product and terrible quality!! False reviews on website, false pictures - a total rip off!! Don’t waste your money. Poor quality, broken within seconds of using it! Doesn’t work.

DO NOT BUY!!! It arrives so clearly an item that the company buys from websites such as temu and resells for more money. Looks nothing like the photos, says ‘curlpro London’ but it is completely unbranded and all the packaging is not in English & you can tell that it is so cheaply made. The packaging came damaged and the shipping took weeks with no updates & a dodgy shipping link to an unsecure website. You could get something for a fraction of the price for so much better quality.

Item came damaged I have sent mutiple images to show the broken piece and they continue to request more images and videos. Say it will cost me £40 to return and have offered me 20% off. Ridiculous for an item I cannot use. On top of that the item is poorly made and rubbish! Do not buy!!!

The item comes damaged and also just blows semi hot hair so doesn’t actually work. It’s poorly made. I sent a request for a refund and they have refused because it comes from china and would cost me £40 to send it back so they said a 20% refund and keep the item. All on their website it says 14 day money back guarantee and all the socials makes it look like a Dyson but actually it’s a very false advertisement. This company is a scam.

Terrible. False advertising!!! Showing it to be a dupe of Dyson ! When it comes it just blows out hot air and don’t even work. The customer service team are awful and don’t reply.
