It said pay $33 for 2 bottles and get 1 free . There was not final sum before paying. After paing i got sms from my credit company that I was charged $129. I cancelled my credit card and asked my credit company to cancel this charge.

You want me to share my honest opinion of this company it’s absolutely ridiculous!!!! It said pay $23 for 3 bottles and get 2 free and next thing i know $198 was taken out my account ohhh i was furious absolutely mad ! I called their customer service number and gave it good to them I yelled at that lady and made sure that the $198 that was taken out was to be put back immediately other wise i would take legal action and honestly they said wait 3-5 working days and my money will appear back in my account well lets see if not im threatening to sue the company and place !!!! I have the power to do so and i will if my money isn’t returned fully !! This is an absolutely SCAMM SCAMM SCAMMM these people should be ashamed tricking people into this it’s absolutely disgusting people are sick !!!!! They should be ashamed

shame you cant mark this no stars - so many stories ordered 3 get three free and being charged for 6 website does not show a total before submitting - should have known really ! - contacted them to cancel but they said cant do that - had Norton guarantee on return - sent this back tracked they received them 26th October 2019 been emailing since for refund - fortunately read another review that said contact Norton direct which I did and the immediate response was an email to Purefit telling them to refund - got the money back in 48 hours so if you are having problems email Norton their details come up on the web if you put Norton Keto

I went through the website and thought hey let’s do this, clicked on there promo recommendation offer - buy 3 and get 3 free at £19 each which I assumed would be pay for 3 at £19 would equal £57, at no point did it give me a total before purchase, it really didn’t think so I continued to purchase once I confirmed payment I received a fraud alert text msg from my bank advising me of a recent transaction, I confirmed the transaction, email confirmation of what I have purchased from Keto total £160.. I thought why maths don’t add up, even if the bottles are charged at £29 each x 6 = £114... so I emailed them.... hahahahaha what man experience this has been. Checked my bank account a few days later and £171 has been debited for this sale,,. Really my maths isn’t that bad, anyway it turns out that my original order was declined as they don’t have it in stocked and so they thought they would send me another package cost price $199 hence why I was debited £171. Find this very peculiar. Anyway I have been emailing them to get a refund and they keep going on about 90 days guarantee send it back and they will refund you etc.... this experience is very costly and unfortunately these people don’t care.. please be careful before ordering from this company as they will scam you...

SCAM. I ordered one bottle and received 5 for which they took €198. They also set up standing order with my bank without my permission. They are impossible to deal with. Dragons Den affiliation fake.

I did ring them and managed to talk to an American lady who tried to offer me all kinds of different prices other than £151...

We are English and one does not stand for such skullduggery!!..

I just was insistent and Calm... talked nicely and slowly (like you would a child) and enunciated my vowels...

I received an email stating that my account has been cancelled shortly afterwards...

They scam everyone
I suggest those people scammed contact Liverpool Trading Standards and the Advertising Standard Authority. This is a company set up to extort money. They use a third party email client to avoid detection and a PO Box number in Liverpool.

I cannot add anymore to all the other posts.
This is a scam, they too took more money than they should have and now are sending a de-tox that I did not order and charged £53 for it.
They say buy 3 bottles at £22.40 and get 2 free. Then they charged me £151...I think their addition is way out.that should have only been £67.20.
I've put it into the hands of my credit card company because when I phoned them they were charming enough to cut me off.
BE WARNED THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY.

Dont buy off them as others say it's 100% scam.
Be warned they will say it's £22 or so and then you will be charged £151 On your card.
Check them out, they are thiefs.
They advertise on Facebook etc, pretending it's a bargain, it's a con!

It's a scam, i wish there was options to post pics here, i would have posted the screenshots of my communications and transactions with them, i wasn't able to place order for the keto pill because Nigeria wasn't among the list of the contries they ship to, so i emailed the customer support and got an email with a link of the site to order from which will ship to Nigeria, i was told on the email that it's also there site, so i loged in and ordered for 3 bottles to get 2 free at the rate of$23.32 each which should be the total sumof $69.96 but i was charged $131.75 and when i tried to browse there website the next day, i got erro messages, the website didn't open at all. And i have emailed the customer care but got no response and the pills wasn't sent, i feel so bad to have fallen for this sort of scam, i wish i tried to browse about the authenticity of the site before i made my order, then i wouldn't have fallen victim.

I wish it would give me the option to give NO stars! This company are 100% a scam! Exactly the same has happened to me as the others on this page. They advertised Keto supplement bottle packages, I ordered 2 bottles for £22.40 plus 1 free bottle with free p&p. I received the bottles today and there were 5 bottles and they were white bottles and not the advertised blue/purple bottles. I immediately was paranoid about taking them and did some research...there was no link back to the website on my confirmation email and the name of the company are actually called Platinum Support. I checked my credit card account and found they had charged me £151! I'm currently in dispute for a refund and sending back the bottles as I don't even trust that they are what they say they are! So livid at myself and this company for falling for this!
