My hair looks and feels great!! Currently on day 3 hair!!

For a while now, I have used Curlsmith Fragrance Free Shine Jelly, a 6 Flexible Hold. It has worked nicely on the tips of my hair to hold the curl/wave, but I wanted to find a hair gel with a stronger hold. Today was the first time I used Curlsmith Fragrance Free Strong Hold Gel. I used it on dry hair and was immediately impressed with the hold which definitely stands up to its rating of 9 Extreme Hold. This large 8 oz. supply will last quite a while, and I would definitely reorder it in the future. I would add here that Curlsmith consistently has prepared and shipped my orders out in a very short amount of time. Noticeably, the products are wrapped in quality fashion and remain undamaged until delivery. High quality and very impressive. Thank you! Susan L

The conditioner is incredible as is the volumising lotion. My curls look transformed after one wash.

i ordered a gift certificate only. It was a easy & quick process.

The products were recommended by a curlsmith representative whom I had asked for advice as previous products from them were not working. However the recommended products made my hair dry out and it felt like straw and even rustled like straw. When I contacted curlsmith again to inform them of such they said it wasn’t possible for this to be the case so I told them my routine and sent photos of the start to the end of the process of drying. Haven’t had a response to this. I think I’m more disappointed because the products are more expensive than other brands and when they don’t work it’s frustrating.

I’ve really liked using CurlSmith products—they’ve worked well on my curls and have been part of my regular hair care routine. However, I’m extremely disappointed that the Bible verses were removed from the labels. For me, that was a meaningful part of the brand and one of the reasons I chose to support CurlSmith, even though there are other hair products that work just as well at a lower price point. With that unique touch now gone, I’m honestly reconsidering whether to continue using these products or return to other brands.

As part of the curly community, I love that I can trust this brand with ingredients and care. I have been using this brand for years and some of the products are amongst my favourite.

They sent me the 60ml shampoo and conditioner instead of the full size but charged me for the full size. Have contacted them to request they send out full size and am awaiting a reply. Very disappointed, first time using the company

It’s rare to be able to use a conditioner on your scalp and I believe the witch hazel and peppermint it’s chef’s kiss 💋 love love this product I just brought 3 lol get yours I hope it’s not going to be discontinued because I haven’t seen it since the new packaging that’s what I got 3 🤞🏽

I like your company and how to identify type of curl but why don’t you offer guidance on best products for each curl type? I don’t want to experiment and “reinvent the wheel.” You know about this and I’d appreciate your guidance.

I think these products will work for me however I'm not clear how to use them together. It is probably spelled out on their website but I didn't want to take the time. I have multiple products of theirs - the cleaning product, conditioner, hydration, air dry, balm, and others. I just want soft waves and a process that is reliable. I wish their products were a bit more descriptive for use. Thanks.
