The dress is so bad that I am. taking it directly to Goodwill. I am not sure who it will fit. Maybe a child who wants to play dress up? I got a small and a medium just to be sure one would fit. I normally wear small. The medium was too small! But the fabric was so cheap - I would not have worn it anyway. The good news is it got me over my addiction to looking at online clothes!

Horrible customer service! Cheaply made clothes. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible experience.

Returns were easy.. good merchandise and decent prices

The products I bought were not the ones I received. I emailed them to try to return the items, and they responded by saying they would give me a 20% credit on what I purchased. I continued to email them, stating I just wanted my money back. They continued to say the same thing. After about 10 emails to them, they finally gave me a return address, but no return label. I looked up the address, and it was a house in deplorable condition next to a graffiti-covered building. I sent the product back and kept my tracking number. I continued to email them asking for my refund. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card and threaten to notify the Better Business Bureau (which they claim they are members of, but they are not) and the Fair Trade Commission. After a dozen emails back and forth and my credit card company contacting them, they gave me most of my money back, not all of it. Do not do business with this company. They are scam artists and will try to defraud you in every way possible!

I wrote a review earlier about the poor product and horrid customer service. Well I won. They only offered me 30% back on my $83 order. My credit card just notified me my entire amount would be credited back to me. This is after back and forth lies and offers. Do not purchase from CurveDreams.

Please don't even go in to see all the lies they offer, from the color of the materials, the styles and the sizes, everything is a lie, it's a fraud. I bought four dresses and when I received them, they didn't look anything like what I ordered, and the return policy they have was devastating for the customer. Please don't buy from this place, it's a FRAUD!

I bought three items from them - a dress, white shirt and another top. The dress color was not quite as advertised, the white shirt had dirty spots on the front and the other top I just didn’t like the fit. Tried to return them but what a nightmare! Their website says fast easy returns - NOT! They wanted reasons first, then pictures of the dirt, then pictures of wash label.

This is terrible is definitely not what it seems. Ordered 2 dresses, 1 for myself and 1 for my mum. Neither dress was true or even remotely true to size. The colours on mine were not like the colours on the picture. There was actually no space if you had more than a nipple in the bust part of the dress and I ordered an XL even tho I'd usually go for a large. Paid 28e for express shipping and yesterday got a FedEx invoice and had to pay a further 19.37e for taxes and import charges. Package came from China but their advertising as a UK site. I haven't tried to return the dresses as ive read the reviews now on all the issues with that. I just wish id checked the reviews before I wasted my time and money.

Nooooooooo! Don't do it! I am trying to return the item that was trash and I am getting no reply from customer service.

Sizes completely wrong, offered partial refund when asked for full refund told the garment would have to be sent to USA which would cost more that it was worth. Do not buy from them.

This company was not transparent. It is posing as a UK company but product is shipped directly from China. They are not open regarding taxes and duties and the quality of the item is awful. Their customer service will not engage. I recommend THAT YOU DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Beware! My advice is steer well clear of this company. Clothing is very poor quality and sizing is very small. The biggest catch is if you want to return items. They begin by offering 30% refund and for you to keep the items but if you insist on returning them for a full refund they then inform you that this is to USA! Nowhere in their returns policy is this information given. To return my items would have cost £88 and I was unwilling to pay this amount. Reluctantly I felt obliged to accept their final offer of 75% refund and keep the items. They are going straight to the charity shop! It is impossible to get a straight answer from them and the items certainly didn't come from USA as it is an English address on the label. As the old saying goes, there's no fool like an old fool...Lesson Learned, Never again!

I like the color of the dress, however it has "No Shape". It looks like a "One size fits all" - which means it fits No one!
I do not like the fabric.and It is very cheaply made.
Please refund my money for the dress and for the socks that I did NOT order and do not want.

So the reviews on their site are definitely not real. I bought tops that they said are not see-through but they are. I'm keeping one that's lined and OK but want to return the rest but the email for returning has bounced back. That worries me a lot.

The refund policy is a joke. I was instructed to send a total of 10 photos of the packaging and the product defect. The refund rep questioned my honesty. I never got a full refund even though I proved the item was defective through pictures. Dishonest, scam-oriented company.

I ordered 3 tops from this company. The quality was okay, but they were out of stock for 1 blouse & substituted something similar but not the same & not as pretty. The big problem for me was they were all 1 size too small, even though I followed the size guide. The return process was horrendous. They kept offering me other options than a refund that were completely ridiculous. After several emails (I was very polite & kept the conversation civil), eventually complained loudly & then they finally issued me a refund, but it took several weeks. I don't recommend this company unless you are VERY sure of the style and that it will fit you.

Item was completely different when it arrived. Nothing like it was online. Took forever to arrive. When requesting a refund, they made it very difficult. They would only offer a partial refund, which was a battle. Refund did arrive promptly but would not recommend.
