Do not buy from this company. They are a scam. I ordered a dress. It came to me. Two sizes too small. The material is very very cheap. I returned the product according to their directions, however. I have contacted this company over and over again for a refund. No refund and no response. They need to be shut down.

As with so many other reviews this company is to be avoided. Poor quality dress. Refuse to offer full refund. Insist item would have to be returned to the USA.Finally accepted 70% refund just to be done with the company.

First I received only part of my order, and It didn't fit, and fabric is cheap.So I tried to Email the company so I can return it and keep getting notice that the email didn't go through. Then Uni says they couldn't deliver my other two things for some reason, Don't know why. No way to find out where it is now. I shouldn't have to be home for this delivery. Getting wound up over all the AI and no people to talk to. NEVER AGAIN.

I recognised a garment on this website where I could see many similarities with a company calling itself Harclay of London, which was a scam company that sold shoddy Chinese goods and made you send them back to China at your own expense. As a point of interest, I believe a parcel sent to China will not be delivered to the addressee but the addressee will be notified that there is a parcel waiting at a depot and they will go to the depot and collect it. If nobody collects it, it will be deemed undeliverable and returned to sender! I also read the reviews and have therefore bought nothing myself.
However, if you have paid on line by credit card and the goods do not match the description, you should be able to return the goods and get a refund. My credit card terms and conditions state that the seller has to provide a returns prepaid label or collect it. You may have accepted the company's ts and cs in the first place but they in turn accepted the credit card's ts and cs after that when they accepted payment!
Don't give up trying to get your money back. Contact your credit card company. Scammers rely on people giving up!!

Do NOT BUY from this company. Shoddy goods, sizing peculiar, cheap materials, company doesn’t accept returns, out of line with UK law. Tried to return size 8 dress that was far too big: offered 30% refund (and keep the useless dress!) then 50% refund, then 70% refund! Accepted this just to close this bad experience. Wish I’d read the reviews - though some of them must be as fake as their goods!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, quality of product is a SCAM!!! Curve Dream's quality of products is NOT what they advertise in their images online. The materials are screen printed onto plain white fabric. So if your material has flowers that seem to be part of the pattern of the fabric, it does not turn out the way it does in their photos. They are either using photos of different items than what they are sending, or they are adjusting the online images to make them look better quality than they are. I have requested a return option, they say I have to return everything at my own cost, and once it arrives they will reimburse me. Here's hoping that happens! I am so disappointed and the quality of product I received versus the image quality online.

I received my dress within the time frame stated. Very shoddy. Arrived with absolutley no paperwork at all. No order number, invoice or anything else. I wish to return and put my e-mail into their return site, but it gets bounced out. As I have no order number I think my case is hopeless. Wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing. How can this company still be allowed to operate online?

I ordered a couple of items, paid for express shipping. Items came late. No refund on shipping. Asked to return items, would not give a return address.
Offered two options-
Option 1 - keep the items & get additional 30% off
Option 2 - keep the items & get the amount I paid on a giftcard to Curvedream
I chose Option 1 as I knew I would never order from Curvedream again.
Never received the additional 30% off.

Items not even close to same I ordered

I ordered two tops and a dress. I waited patiently for the items. After the requisite 20 business days, I emailed the company. The reply was...The dress is out of stock. I waited another week for the 2 tops. I emailed them again. I still haven't received a reply nor a refund. Luckily, I put the purchase on my credit and will get the money back. This is one of worst online companies ever! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. BUYER BEWARE!

I had a very troubling experience with this merchant. I purchased a dress, and the sizing was way off—definitely not in line with US standards. I attempted to return the item, but that's when things took a turn for the worse. The return address provided led me into a complete nightmare.

The tracking shows my return package was delivered and handed to an individual, but there was an issue: the delivery address kept changing from Elizabeth, NJ to Hillside, NJ midway through the return process. Now, the merchant is refusing to issue a refund, claiming they never received the return. This feels like an outright scam.

I’m extremely frustrated by the lack of transparency and accountability. It’s clear to me that this return process is not only complicated but possibly fraudulent. Do yourself a favor—avoid this store if you don’t want to risk losing your money.

Shame there isn’t a no star option. Really I can only agree with the other reviews and suggest you do not buy from this company. The materials are shoddy and the sizes have nothing to do with their size guide. Returns are impossible and the best they will offer is a partial refund. I have never ever dealt with such appalling lack of honesty from a company - and they claim ‘easy returns’!! Don’t go near them

Clothes made from cheap material, but far too expensive for the quality, BEWARE if you try to return, you will only get a partial offer, I am in UK and because of that I am not covered by the UK consumer protection because Curvedream is based outside the UK

ANY UK BUYERS, BEWARE, AVOID AT ALL COSTS if you think you may need a refund, you wont get one.

Very poor quality. This blouse basically looks like a surgical scrub with buttons added and not even very decorated buttons.Tracking information was non existent and it took two weeks to go from CA to OR. Don’t bother ordering whatever you’re looking at!

I wanted to return the blouse. That didn't look like the picture and they sent this big, long email of instructions with no return address this company sucks

The clothing is horrible. The fabric is horrible. Their correspondence was beyond horrible, almost denying a refund. They made me pay UPS charges to return the items. I originally opted to pay an extra $10 to have my original order expedited. It wasn’t. It took over a month! I wasn’t refunded that amount! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!

The color is so vibrant and it brightens up my complexion nicely. It's a great fit overall, though I do find myself wishing the sleeves were just a little bit longer.

THIS IS A SCAM. NO OTHER WORD FOR IT. I have been trying to return and have written countless emails, practically begging for a return label . Finally, Today I am directed to a site offering a resolution and a return label for $5.00 PLUS a $55.00 PER MONTH subscription fee. No way I'm giving them my card number. Actually, there is another WORD for it, and it's BULLSHIT!!!
