These people refuse to cancel my order. It hasn't even shipped yet. Clearly I got hustled. There's no telling what they'll send...if they send anything at all

They appear to be Dutch but only speak English, the product is shipped from Asia, bad quality, not sealed and they refuse to refund you in line with EU law.

I bought the wrong size and apparently you can’t return it because it’s a dropshipping company. When you want to return something, you’ll only get store credit back plus a reduction of €5 and own costs for returning. It took more than 3 weeks for the package to arrive and I feel extremely misled by companies like this. Now I lost €70. Don’t buy here. Instead, read the policies beforehand and choose a trustworthy one.

The Company sells very low quality products for an expensive price, that are not true to the size description and the pictures, as my predecessors said, the company is a scam. The return adress is in China (I had to ask multiple times for it and the website tries to make you believe the company is in the Netherlands) and the whole process of trying to return the item is hard and intransparent. They also try to prevent you from claiming your money back like this:
1)We would like to reduce the amount of returns and make sure we contribute towards improving the environment.🌱 So, I want to offer you to keep your purchase to maybe donate it, or something else, and receive a €20 Voucher for your next order.
2) I would like to offer you a last option, because returning to China with track & trace code is quite pricey.

Unfortunately, their products our way over priced for the quality. I don’t mind paying for a good quality item, this place is not it. And, of course, they don’t refund your money. They only offer you a store credit when you return. Go elsewhere!

Do not do business with this company they are scammers. My first order was received in the incorrect color but I kept it and re- ordered again in addition, I ordered the same but in a different size for a relative. I emailed the company letting them know that I would like them to make sure that they sent the correct color unlike the first time for this purchase to which they assured me they would. Instead of being HONEST IN INTEGRITY and saying that the items were no longer in stock, they sent me two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ITEMS and CHANGED THE PICTURE ON THEIR WEBSITE. I contacted them and was informed that the item was in fact out of stock but then attempted to convince me that the swapped photo on the website was what I purchased but WHAT I RECEIVED WASNT EVEN THAT PHOTO!!! they gave me hell trying to retrieve my money back. I had to file a dispute.. JUST DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CHEATERS

Nowhere on their website does it state that items will be shipped from China or Belgium and they take literally weeks and weeks to arrive. Then when you want to return an item it needs to go back to either China or Belgium at your cost!! Shocking lack of customer service and they accuse you of trying to scam them in some way!! AVOID them at all costs

The best bras I’ve ever had! They are so soft and comfortable that I even sleep in them. Perfection!

The butt lifter is really nice. Love the fit so much. Makes me feel good and look good. The customer support Hera is also very helpful with the sizing

I had ordered an M/L when I should have ordered a small by mistake. I'll be wearing it with a form-fitting dress I recently purchased for an office party. I emailed their customer service and was fortunate enough to be granted permission to adjust the size. I was overjoyed that they were able to assist me with that issue. Kudos to the team!

Curv queen is indeed a legit shop. My second order just came recently. It came earlier than I expected. My order was for me and my sis. We both really love the quality of their shapewear so we decided to buy again. The quality is so nice and it's comfortable to wear. The leggings got no damage at all! Thank you for a fast a d secure transaction. Till my next purchase!

Awful customer service. Been waiting two weeks for a response from someone to return a pair of leggings.. that may I add, a size large wouldn’t even get over my calf.. I’m a size 12. Really disappointed and would honestly never purchase from again. Still waiting to return these leggings….

I ordered leggings on 24th October I still don't have them. I do get replies to my emails but they have said that Hermes have them (since 11/11/21). The tracking shows that Hermes are expecting them. That's over 2 months now and they refuse to refund me even though I've had to go and buy an alternative as I needed them before Christmas. I will claim on my credit card but that's such a pain so, unless this is sorted quickly, and favourably, I'll be leaving a review everywhere

If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered on November 2, 2021. Allegedly, the order arrived on December 6th. I checked with my neighbors, post office and no idea.

Sent them emails and met with radio silence. Wish I would have read all of these 1 star reviews before I ordered from them. 200 dollars down the drain.

AVOID… do not order from this company.
Ordered leggings that cost £24 with postage but were too short.
Contacted for a refund and how to return. Got delaying tactics trying to get me to order another size and pay another £3.70 postage. Refused, then trying to get me to order something else. Refused.
Agreed to a refund but didn’t want the leggings back. Got £14.99 back as they deduct a restock fee.!!! Never heard of anything like it

If I could give this company a 0 rating I would! Order was placed at the beginning of July, and took 3 weeks to get delivered. When it was delivered it wasn't even what I ordered! Completely different style and color! Curv Queen then required me to pay the return shipping to send it back even though they sent me the wrong item! They refused to refund me and said they would exchange. When I received the 2nd delivery they once again sent the wrong item a 2nd time! The company still refused to issue a refund and said they would send another replacement. We are now 2 months after my original order date and I no longer need the garment, but they refuse to issue a refund. I received the 3rd delivery yesterday and it is not at all as described on their website. This same garment can be purchased at local retailers for $50 less than what Curv Queen charges. Buyer beware!!! This company is a scam and huge waste of money!

Do not use this company they sent me the wrong size garment it was their error now they won't except it back. They told me if I would order another one they would give me 25% off. I paid $69.00 for something I can not use.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company. I've personally had a terrible experience. I placed an order on June 13th 2021 and it's now July 8th 2021 and I have not received my items. I've contacted them multiple times during this period and was only able to talk to one contact support named Hera. She told told me to send screenshots for proof of purchase. I sent multiple screenshots in multiple emails. I didn't bother trying to get a refund due to poor contact quality. I was able to get a refund of 164.79 from my bank and went to Amazon. Amazon has the exact products that they're increasing. Also, be aware I'm speculating but I also believe Shapelix.com is a sister company to them as well. Both share the same exact products, both established in 2021 with Shopify.com. As well as both has a 10-20 day shipping period.
