Overall an incredibly disappointing experience. My package was over 30 days late and took email upon email to get the company’s response. “ we will make it right “ basically only meant refusing a refund ( as requested after more than 30 days of not receiving the package) and resending the package which again took 2 weeks. The product is good, the service is really not what you are looking for if you are looking for something in a timely fashion. If you can wait months, and you have time to search desperately for something you paid for, only then place an order

Do not order from this company. I received two of the wrong items and their return/exchange policy is a joke. Telling me that I have to pay for return shipping even though it was their mistake.

This is robbing people, this is total thief my order came after a month, it is nothing that I ordered. You thieves are scums and you all will burned in hell for stealing from hard working people.

I would score them a zero if i could. I ordered products and paid for expedited shipping a month ago. I have emailed multiple times and have gotten no response. STAY AWAY!!

I ordered items from this website for surgery recovery. A month later I received half the items I ordered. Their tracking info said they shipped all my items, which was untrue. I contacted them and no response for 2 weeks. I opened a dispute with PayPal only to wait another month for one more product to come. I still have not received all my items. Everything I did get is cheap quality from China and nothing like the Colombian shape wear I ordered from a different company after this horrible experience. I’m still waiting on my refund for items I never received but they ripped me of for.

Total fraud. I made the order expecting that they will send it via PostNL. Then it turn out they are doing dropshiping from China. I requested a refund but they don't even respond. If you paid using Ideal, please reprt them to Mollie customer service.

This company is a total fraud ! The products does not come from the NL. They do dropshipping and do not offer returns! Quality is mediocre and there is no existant customer service only automated reply.

I ordered 1 month ago and still not delivered with poor customer service. It’s a scam people don’t order there !!!! All positive comments in here are fake comments their wrote themselves. Save your time and your money. I will spread this message, this company needs to be closed down. They are not following the e-commerce rules!

These leggings are so comfortable and well made. They cover your whole leg evenly and there are no “stretched” places. You could wear them glammed up with heels or dressed down with a baggy jumper and trainers. So versatile. I’m surprise there are negative comment to be honest. Delivery took a while as it seem they are made in China but we are still in a pandemic so that is expected. I wish I ordered 3 pairs. @curvqueen more colours please burgundy would be ace.

Do not buy, this company is a scam!!!! They sell wish products with a huge mark up, the size guide they provide is incorrect and then when you finally get your item (they get them from wish in China and resell them to you for a huge mark up, hence why it takes so long to receive your item) then when you realise the item is way bigger than advertised and you try to get the mistake resolved they will not help pu and advise you buy another product from them!! Mine was a posture correcting item which does not work when it's way too big, I feel so duped, it was very expensive as I though I was getting a quality product, but I was getting something from another company except way more expensive and the wrong size to boot making it useless.

Only gave one star as couldn’t give zero! Ordered an xl pair of wet look leggings. I am a curvy size 12, sometimes 14. These leggings arrived and they honestly look like children’s wear. They are ridiculously small. For a company trying to advocate plus size and encourage curvy women to wear stylish clothes this is a joke. I felt embarrassed and demoralised after trying to get these on - they wouldn’t go past my calves. Not only this, the material smelt revolting. Like stale fish.
Do not buy - awful sizing and awful quality.

The fit is spot on for my 4x curves stays up no rolling down. Going to try high waisted panties next.

I ordered 2 items in the same transaction but they came in different packages at different times. The second package had a different company name on it. CurvQueen does not make their own products, they drop ship. When you buy from them they send you an item from Wish and make tonnes of extra money (this is why they don't do returns). Of course they have no social media pages so they don't have to face all the complaints... Save your money!

I ordered an item years ago, it was horrible quality for such a high price. The company refused to refund me, a week or so ago the company reached out to me to apologize and make it right! I'm so very impressed with the commitment to quality customer service! I will definitely give them another chance!
