i ordered a phone case and paid £21.

i ordered a phone case and paid £21.. They sent to Evri for delivery. i got notification that it was out for delivery Friday 28/02/2025 it didn't arrive and still hasn't. I have constantly e-mailed them asking them to chase this up as they took my money and no one will contact me back. Try calling Evri and just get an automated machine that say's same thing over and over no option to talk to a human being. Disgusting service and attitude.

BEWARE- DIFFICULT RETURNS - PHONY SITE!

BEWARE! THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU OR APPROVE A RETURN!
I ordered a phone case that I didn't realize my wife already ordered. Not only did it take 14 days to arrive, the case quality is extremely cheap to say the least, but my wife loved the style so we kept it. I requested to return the duplicate that I received and was told by "customer care" that I signed for it (I did not) and that there was nothing wrong with the case so there was nothing they would do. I went back to the site only to find that their site now was no longer in existence. I have had a back and forth email with someone at the support (Taixing Wang supportcustom2c.com) that has been basically intentionally incoherent, refusing to acknowledge my request reasoning that I thought was simple. They also offered an excuse that their site was under maintenance, BUT NOW the site is back up as a different company name (Rosetta), graphics and merch. As a consumer I feel this is an intentional confusion tactic, but either way, be VERY careful ordering from this company. They are incoherent, passive aggressive, do not offer simple returns, and from what I see on their new site, they are charging return fees and shipping costs to the consumer.
