Helpful customer service when my DXF…
Helpful customer service when my DXF drawing did not open up to full size. However I do believe that the fee charged for the DXF drawing (quoted by them) was quite expensive when viewed alongside my simple order. In such cases I recommend that company accept line drawings in first instance to judge difficulty of cutting out.

Middling overall
Middling overall - product ok but not next day dispatch as stated on website. Delivery issues and subsequent poor communication. Whilst the delivery issue was the fault of the courier - subsequent coms from Cut My were poor. I’d use the company again but with lower expectations.
