Excellent and fast service
Excellent and fast service. Our Rattan glass table top was deliberately smashed by a jealous neighbour. I ordered a perspex replacement from CutMy. It was perfect and unbreakable.

Cut exactly to size
Cut exactly to size, hole too. Delivered safely and securely. Only issue was perspex was scratched on one side and protective film only on one side.

Web site is great and easy to use
Web site is great and easy to use, prices are very fair and of course it includes cutting to size. Service and delivery no problems, but when you order you get an expected delivery date , and to quote the site “don’t get excited we may not meet this date “ which in my case they didn’t but delivery was still in a reasonable time. Just a point, but if you need it for a certain time, allow them time to produce what you need and order early.

We appreciate that the time it took us to respond was longer than it should have been, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused. My first order was perfect
My first order was perfect, great communication and parcel showed up on time. This one was 5 days later than when quoted with the original order and then when I phoned for an update and told either wed or thurs it then wasn’t delivered till the Saturday. No updates, no communication from APC

Terrible. Order arrived Scratched sent an email got a response straight away which was great but I’mfortunately it was from an AI bot then nothing! I’ve continued to message and it’s been three weeks & still nothing: other than just getting a trust Pilot review through which is comical

Second time of ordering all went well…
Second time of ordering all went well again , on time well packaged however I did find a scratch on one of the panels but can’t go through the process of replacing it.Fast turn around I made a mistake on my order this time but was sorted out quickly and reordered, nice firm to do business with , can highly recommend good quality and customer care.

Great service from cut/my but not for the delivery service! On 2 last orders the first was left at the incorrect address and the 2nd left at the door to bend when specific instructions were left for the parcel to be left in the back garden!!!!
