I was trying to write a CV and I found their website where it said for free. after I finished my CV they tell me I have to pay so I just went back and closed the tab after a few days they send me that I should pay 30 euros. I wrote back that I never wanted to subscribe and I didn't even download my cv template now they want 64 euros because it renewed on its own and I pressed delete subscription, they are not answering. Bunch of liars, scammers and im not paying them.
I wanted to settle for 30 euros but now I won't pay a cent because according to the German law it's against the law. I even couldn't find their address or phone number, they just send generated emails.

This is a big scam. Don't use it for your cv or cover letter. I never subscribed and they sent me the big invoice . They did this before in past and they deducted money from my account. How can they deduct money just to open the website. Now they are threatening me that they would send my case to the agency. How such kind of scam are happening and no one is taking action against them.

This site is a scam they ask me €89 for nothing I want to make my CV on this website and they have all my information don’t fall in this scam. Now they are sending me emails and not providing their contact details like number and office address . As they have my address they send me a letter for the payment . Even though at the same day I said that we don’t need their service and we will not pay and they said Oke we are canceling and you don’t have to pay anything but a week they are asking for the payment . It’s a scam.

Complaint Text:
I registered on the "CVNeed" app only to create a CV, but I couldn’t understand what the app actually does or how it was supposed to help me. After that, they asked me to pay 50 euros for unclear services, and I recently discovered that the amount has increased to 70 euros!
I haven’t used any service from the website other than creating the CV, and I didn’t receive any help or benefit from this app afterward. This website didn’t provide any value to me; it just kept asking for more money without delivering any results.
I consider this app a scam and I warn others not to fall into the same trap.

This website is a complete scam! I only tested a CV template by entering some details but never even completed or downloaded my CV. Despite that, they somehow took my information and sent me an invoice for €60—without me ever signing up or confirming any payment.
There was no OTP verification, no proper confirmation—just an unjustified charge. On top of that, they charge €30 per month for a service most people only need once in years. Many fraud-monitoring sites and antivirus programs have flagged Cvneed.com as a scam. Stay away and don’t fall for their tricks!

An absolute scam. I opened and use the free service 1 time then suddenly i got a bill of 75 euroes aftet 2 months. I didnt even sign up for any subscription but somehow i ended up having one. It seems they add you for a premium subscription with the details from your CV.

biggest scam ever. like everyone I didn't agreed to anything.the website was so bad that I left immediately , and I got an Email saying I should pay. and in the cancelling subscription page, it states that you can cancel the subscription before 14 days. funnily enough it is less than 14 days and when I enter my reference code ,the website says I'm not even subscribed so I cannot even cancel the subscription. How is this legal? are they even legal? I wont pay a single penny.
