This company is a complete fraud

This company is a complete fraud. I used their so-called “free service” more than a year ago and i never agreed for any kind of payment and now they are suddenly sending fake invoices and threats for payment. They try to scare people with words like “collection agency” and “legal action” when they have no right at all. Check their other Google reviews — you will see the same scam happening to many people. Be very careful and avoid this fraudulent company.

⚠️ Warning

⚠️ Warning: CVNeed Subscription Trap – Demanding €86 Without Proper Consent or Proof

I’m writing this review to warn others about my deeply disappointing and stressful experience with CVNeed, which has now affected me for the second year in a row.

Despite never actively subscribing to their paid service or using it, I have now been asked to pay a total of €86:
• €30 for April 2025
• €30 for May 2025
• €26 for a period that doesn’t even make chronological sense (Invoice: UKSC8231980118 for 14.06.2025 to 19.05.2025)

Here’s why I strongly dispute these charges:
• ❌ I never used the service.
• ❌ No clear or visible cost indication before they activated the subscription.
• ❌ No confirmation or communication was received in my inbox. All messages were filtered to spam.
• ❌ The €26 invoice was issued for a future period — their own team even acknowledged it was a technical error.
• ❌ I was billed two months together (€60) without a reminder or notice after the first month. Completely unfair.
• ❌ This is not the first time — I had the same issue in 2024 using a different email address. This feels like a recurring pattern.

I’ve already submitted a formal complaint to the consumer protection agency (Verbraucherzentrale) and I’m prepared to take further action if necessary — including legal steps and reports to GDPR authorities for unauthorized use of my personal data.

This situation has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I urge others to stay far away from this platform. What looks like a simple CV tool quickly turns into a subscription trap with hidden costs and aggressive billing tactics.

🛑 Avoid CVNeed. There are many more trustworthy services out there.

CVneed.com fraud subscription

I was making a CV a few days ago and suddenly opened a random account on CVneed.com. But I didn't use that account further to make my CV, and while opening that account, I didn't press on any kind of subscription or receive any kind of email that my subscription had been activated upon opening a normal account. Suddenly I checked my spam folder and saw that invoice to pay 375 kr. After 19 days, they sent me an invoice to send 375 Kr for the account. So I went to their website and website says that the account service is not free. They are telling me to pay by clicking on a link or doing a transaction through an international IBAN code. When I canceled my subscription, they charged me double and sent me an invoice of around 700 Kr.

Where can I complain about such a thing in Norway?

what should I do in such a case? And of course, I wont waste my hard earned money just by giving them

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. The company does not even exist. When I wrote a letter with tracking, to cancel the subscription my child allegedly made, the letter came back. The post label said "The recipient could not be found."
