As first-time buyers, we found the service provided by our surveyor, Sophie Jamieson, to be exceptionally thorough and precise. Her comprehensive report highlighted multiple condition rating 3 issues, which ultimately led us to withdraw our offer on the property. The survey successfully uncovered several latent defects that had been cosmetically concealed by the vendor. As you can imagine, we are incredibly grateful that we invested in a professional survey like this before it was too late. We were also highly impressed by the efficiency of the service, as the final report was delivered the very next day! While we are still searching for our first home, we will undoubtedly use their services again in the future and highly recommend the friendly, informative team.

Victoria, the surveyor we worked with, was fantastic and highly professional. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the report was thorough and well structured.

I had a level 3 structural survey completed. The survey arrived promptly. I read the document as a whole as suggested by CWH. There were a few points that I needed clarification on. I spoke to Neil Cook, the surveyor who did the report, he was very helpful and explained the points I had concerns about.
