Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. No pressure to buy but they went the extra mile for us.

I've shopped with CW Sellors twice, both time for swiss watch purchases. The first experience was affected by a technical fault arising with the product after a few weeks which the manufacturer wanted to repair however CWS fought my corner and got me a new replacement sent from Switzerland in time for the wedding I bought it for which I was very pleased with. The second time was an amazing deal which I thought was probably too good to be true, ex display or something but no, great watch in perfect condition, delivered on time. No issues at all..

I’ve bought 3 pieces of jewellery during the sale. Harriet & Ellis helped me with the purchases. Both were super efficient & understanding.
These were 3 separate purchases and sorry can’t remember each date.

Really helpful. I took my bracelet to be mended. I had good communication throughout whilst I waited for it to be fixed. I even purchased a pair of earrings from the store. Great value for money.

I searched and searched and I went to 3 different jewellers in London …then to my absolute delight I found C W Sellers and they had the special rose coloured pieces I’d been searching for …and to add to the magic they were hand made …..so unique, so perfect …my daughter put both items on and has been wearing them since the day I gave them to her for lifetime major achievement …❤️

I ordered a Fenix 8 mid July with an estimated delivery of 3-4 weeks. Communication on delivery was non existent unless I called them. It is now mid October and still I could not be provided with a date and was told I was one of the longest waiting in the queue. Enough was enough and I cancelled the order. There seems to be plenty of stock at other places. I was surprised how keen they seemed when I said I wanted to cancel my order. Perhaps it was due to the fact that I placed it when there was a sale on. Not a good experience what so ever.

The service and quality of the products were first class
We were just looking 😂 as you do but couldn’t resist on purchasing a new ring for my wife and the service all round was fantastic no pressure selling which is always the way to go

We received a warm welcome in the shop in Bakewell. The look and feel of the shop was special and the jewellery and watches were beautifully presented. The service we received was excellent and the price we paid was extremely competitive.

I always have excellent Customer Service, especially with Tom and latterley with Mandy in the Ashbourne Boutique. I am a huge fan of Georg Jensen jewellery and have always have had special help and discussing my favourite Jewellery.
