I have been a Cyberchimps customer for about three years, I own a few of their plugins and themes. I own their Responsive Theme and have found it very easy to install and configure. The company has excellent support and has been around for many years. They always issue updates to both their themes and plugins, which ensures the products I have bought from them, always work with the latest WordPress Version.

It has improved dramatically since then.

The sample designs that the Responsive theme offers are excellent and easy to edit with Elementor, a very popular theme builder.

I was using a Cyberchimps plugin and neglected to keep my site fully up to date. I logged in to WP after 9mo or so only to find that the plug-in was not integrating properly with my WP install after updating. The responsive blocks I was using had malfunctioned and my website backend was essentially broken. I reached out to Cyberchimps. They responded quickly, asked for my login credentials, went into my site’s backend and fixed all of the issues very quickly. My site is now back up and running with no issues! Thank you for the excellent tech support / customer service Cyberchimps!

The pro file I paid to download had an error when uploading to WordPress. Do not recommend.

Admittedly, It took a little bit of messing with post purchase to download/upload install and activate. The instruction videos are for a older version. It was still easy enough to figure out. First tests using Responsive theme look great! cant wait to dig in and see how much it can take!

I had been using iFeature Pro for 12 years with great pleasure. It was very nice to work with. Last month, I encountered problems with some previously purchased plugins; the download of one plugin was no longer available! After a few emails with CyberChimps, the issue was quickly resolved
