They were professional and to the point in responses and it was smooth and easy to communicate with them. Once ordered again and it was dispatched promptly and actual signed for delivery,so wasn't left sitting on my doorstep for anyone to help themselves to .

We purchased the full Cybex Combi Stroller set years ago for our first son, great product, very versatile and all together happy.
Now quite a few years later, we have a new baby and wanted to reuse everything. The car seat was worn down, no problem we order a new one from Cybex, as it is all the same system.
Unfortunately the front wheels on our stroller needs to be replaced, so ordered new ones from Cybex, only they don't fit the old stroller, even though everything looks the same, but the pin that attached the wheels has had a small design change. I then contacted Cybex for help, sorry no old spare parts available, cannot help, not interested. The product is old and still works with the system, but we don't supply spare parts.
Just not good enough! They are happy to sell seats that fit the old stroller, but are not interested in helping with spares for the stroller. In stead we were recommended to buy a new stroller, no discount offered, no compensation, no nothing.
So we now have the full stroller set with 3 different seats that is unusable, that is unless we spend another 700 EUR for a new stroller. Terrible customer service. Needless to say that we won't be supporting them by doing this, and instead will scrap the whole thing and buy a new stroller from a more customer friendly company.

I purchased a stroller directly from CYBEX’s official website and received a faulty product. Since then, customer support has been unresponsive and unwilling to help. I was repeatedly told that CYBEX only supports customers in the US and that no assistance is available in the UAE—even for products purchased directly from their own store.
Local retailers confirmed they are not responsible. This leaves the customer with no support and no solution. Very disappointing and unacceptable for a global brand.
I strongly advise international customers to be cautious when purchasing directly from CYBEX.

I'm thrilled with the strollers from this brand. My daughter and I receive many compliments on how cute our stroller is. I want to emphasize that it's very comfortable; we walk a lot, and it's incredibly easy to maneuver and comfortable. But what pleased me even more was the Cybex service. When there was a problem with the stroller's seat unit, they replaced the entire stroller, which was very unexpected. I understand that technology can break down, and that's normal; I would have been happy with a repair, but the complete replacement really surprised me. I definitely don't regret choosing Cybex and recommend it to all my friends.

Don’t bother.
E-Priam 4, the app never works, never connects and glitches all the time.
Any device, and iOS version.
Support/warranty is non-existant. Fill out all forms via app - no response for a month.
Its VC backed company that does not stand behind any of their products.

The cybex customer service is amazing. There was an issue with my delivery and they fixed it. I purchased the e-gazelle single to double stroller silver frame midnight black and I love it. The seat is spacious and soft and my kids love it too. We'll definitely be going and more walks, which it also great 😊. The rocking feature is nice as well. We went on our first walk with it yesterday and I turned it on with my youngest in while we're sitting watching my older one play and he snacked away. I absolutely recommend 👌🏾.

I purchased a Cybex Mios frame in August 2023 for $654 from the Centerpoint Mall of the Emirates branch in Dubai. Last week, the frame suddenly stopped folding, and although it’s just past the 2-year warranty, I contacted Cybex for support. Their response was extremely disappointing — they claimed the item was “damaged” and told me I needed to buy a completely new frame.
This is unacceptable customer service for a premium-priced product. I would not recommend this brand to anyone; there are many other options in the market that offer far better support and after-sales service.

I spent €600 on the Cybex pram for my baby. I can’t describe how many times the pram has let me down. The frame is too big to easily fold down and back up. It gets stuck every single time no matter what approach I try. Today the pram got caught again when I was out shopping and took a team of women to help prise it back open. I spoke to customer service who were useless. They asked me to send it to them and never replied with the address to send it- let’s also think how costly it will be to ship it and how long would I be without a pram. The basket underneath is totally ruined from all the failed attempts to open the pram. I should have stuck with Silvercross which is what I had with my first child. Honestly, do not waste your money on this brand. Yes it’s very aesthetically pleasing, but ergonomically it gets a 0/10.

The site , service ,products are really good quality, we have a Melio and we really used a lot in 7 months and still great.
We just acquired the Snogga 2 , it is very easy to use , we can close the stroller with it ,only problem is that is very sleepy . For the heat it is ok for now but was not less then 9C until now

CYBEX - awful company take your money and don’t refund . They have the goods and have ignored me .
They wrote me an email after I complained 4 times and wrote reviews on trust pilot. I have been trying to get my money since September . There repsonse was . I am £500 short of my refund for items which were sent back yet they have not refunded them. am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cybex and feel compelled to warn other customers. After spending a significant amount of money on their products, I have had to chase them repeatedly for a refund that should have been issued months ago.
Despite their recent email apologising for the “delay,” they admitted that two of my items — the Priam / e-Priam Seat Pack and the Priam Lux Carry Cot — still haven’t been refunded at all. This is after they previously led me to believe everything had already been resolved. The lack of transparency and the constant need for me to follow up is completely unacceptable for a brand that markets itself as premium.
A partial refund was finally processed on October 27th, but only after significant stress and persistent effort on my part. I am still waiting for the remaining amount with no clear timeline, just vague promises that their “refunds team” is working on it.
For a company of this size and reputation, the service has been shockingly poor. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from Cybex to think twice — because if anything goes wrong, you may find yourself in the same frustrating situation, fighting just to get your own money back.
