My recent purchase from Cyclaire was really good. They had the products I needed in stock and at a good price.
I had some questions before I ordered so called the business and was answered quickly and by a very knowledgeable and helpful gentleman, who answered all my questions.
The products were picked,packed and shipped in the exact way Paul described to me and were with me the very next morning before 09.00 am with their delivery partner DPD who were exactly on time as stated on the app and tracking information.

Thanks again and I look forward to buying from this company again.

What can I say, found this site which was looking for a set of wood carving knives for my new hobby. I to be completely honest with you, I haven't had such quality service in a long time. Order, email sent within minutes, even on a Sunday. Monday had another email confirming that royal mail have received my order, Tuesday delivered. It didn't get any better than this. Highly recommend. Just don't change your courier please, Royal mail are spot on.

Great service from Cyclaire, people need to understand how knife law works and then it will go smooth, knives need to be handed to somebody over 18, don't blame the courier or the seller, I buy knives all the time, never had a problem, I know how what needs to happen - Cyclaire are a great seller - good knife sellers are getting harder and harder to find due to changes in knife law. Anyway 5 stars as usual

Really terrible.
I bought a knife as a Christmas present.
Understanding that the age verification check is needed I didn’t think my parcel would be left alone outside my house but it did and completely disappeared.
Have contacted the company several times with no response at all.

Ordered 2 knives at a very reasonable price and prompt delivery however, I live and work at a MOD base South West England and this is my registered address. The Courier (DPD) could not deliver the product as nobody at the main gate would sign or provide age verification details. These knives were subsequently returned by DPD to Cyclaire. I asked for re-delivery and for the courier to call me at the base. Cyclaire Mgt. made excuses on behalf of the couriers saying that couriers have lots of parcels to deliver and the operators have private mobile phones. To this end, they do not have the time or patience to make a tel. call and wait for me to sign for the knives. These knives were to be given as gifts. The customer focus in going the extra mile seems to have been lost in this respect with terse and arrogant justifications for poor delivery. I have purchased a number of knives from this vendor but never again. My go to vendor for the UK is and will be Hennie Haynes.

Another great shopping experience. I was very lucky to get the Oknife u1’s that have just been released. Always very prompt delivery and I know excellent CS is required. Thank you

I bought a Morakniv Companion Heavy Duty from here, but they mistakenly sent me the normal version instead. After noticing this, I requested a replacement by email. Unfortunately, I never received one.
They did reply and tried to follow up, but because I had discarded the box, I couldn’t provide a photo of the envelope they used.

Not a big issue, since I like the normal one, but I wish they had gone the extra mile.

I bought a Worksharp professional precision adjust jig from Cyclaire in November 2024. It was delivered quickly and I have used it for a few months with impressive results.

In June 2025 I noticed a substantial crack in the plastic angle adjustment carrier. I didn't notice it when I took the machine out of the box but it might have been there, I haven't abused my Worksharp and it hasn't been dropped. I spoke to Cyclaire and was told that the part is not in the spare parts list and they suggested I could fix it using superglue. I emailed worksharptools.com in Oregon who recommended I should go back to where I bought it, but after hearing Cyclaire’s advice they suggested I get in touch with their official U.K. partner :- International Tool Company Ltd., Ashby-de-la-Zouch. They have made every effort to rectify my problem, and acquired the part for me.

These are great sharping jigs but if you ever need customer service it's better bought from
International Tool Company Ltd., the official authorised distributor !

Really happy with the overall service from Cyclaire. Unfortunately my package got lost by Parcelforce. Cyclaire posted out the the order again and recieved the next day. Very good service.

I am a repeat customer after a couple of years not needing anything. Well, the website has improved leaps and bounds as has the order, payment and delivery systems. This company stocks knives, bladed tools, saws, axes, chisels and specialist whittling and wood-carving tools also some useful quirky household bits and bobs. Everything from a pocket pen knife from brilliant historical French budget brand Opinel to the high end iconic Spyderco. The website obviously has live stocking because something I put in my basket whilst browsing was unavailable when I went to checkout. Anyway put order through, paid by PayPal, email confirmations received immediately, goods dispatched following morning and received a day later via tracked Royal Mail 24 at low cost. 10/10

The customer service is shocking I asked where my item was and the response I got response a was was not professional at all they ended the conversation with “Blame the government” I wound never use them again

I'd been looking for a Civivi Brazen Tanto with no joy apart from 1 dubious looking site which I wouldn't buy from and they didn't have the variant I really wanted.
I have bought knife sharpening equipment from Cyclair in the past and know they are a reputable and reliable company so I logged into the Cyclair site. I knew they stock an extensive range of folding knives. Cyclair had almost every current model in production by Civivi but not the Brazen Tanto. I contacted the store directly and they were happy to oblige and placed a stock order almost immediately. They appeared on the store website on Saturday (25/01/205) I ordered 2 over the weekend and both were dispatched on the 27th and I received them the next day. (28/01/2025) Couldn't ask for more. As a fan of Tanto knives the Brazen was top of my wishlist as I have recently taken an interest in folding knives. Previously I'd focused on collecting fixed blade knives. I've had a great shopping experience with Cyclair and would definitely recommend them. Their prices are competitive, their inventory is is wide ranging. They stock most major brands in the knife industry whether it be folding or fixed blade knives or the sharpening gear to maintain them. My knife collection will definitely grow throughout 2025 and Cyclair will play a major part in that.

I really must thank cycleclair on their excellent service and providing good quality knives at such good value prices. I shall certainly be buying again from cycleclair ! Again, many thanks.
