Heinnie's must have one of the best ratings on Trustpilot and it's understandable why. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service they deliver is exceptional. If anyone ever asks me where to get camping gear, survival kit or knives and knife sharpening equipment Heinnie's is the automatic choice for recommendation. Their inventory is exceptional in every department. This item was received within 24 hours of ordering. That is normal with Heinnie's as well.

Excellent courier company. Fast efficient and every item including this delivery has arrived in the specified time slot. As a collector of militaria the majority of my orders have to be signed for and the the drivers are always friendly. When ordering certain items I check to see if the vendor actually use DPD as their delivery/courier option.

This was something specific that I wanted that Heinnie's don't normally stock but they got it as requested and the day they received it my order was place and it was in my hands the following day. Heinnie's have a great inventory but if ever there is something they don't stock, they'll get in if they can as a special order item. Great team of helpful friendly staff who are always willing to go the extra mile. What can I say? I'd just received an order placed the previous day for a very rare item that Heinnie's had held for me. There had been an issue with my PayPal payment that Heinnie's helped remedy immediately. This left me with a reasonable amount of surplus cash and so I was able to place an order for 2 more knives that had been in my wishlist for a while..... 1 for over a year I think. As is normal with Heinnie's the order was dispatched within a couple of hours and I received the package the following morning just before 10.30 am. I really couldn't be happier with help and service that Heinnie's staff deliver every time. I think I've said this before, if Heinnie's was a hotel they'd be based in Dubai or Bahrain because that's where all the 7 star hotels are. As usual, I'm over the moon and Heinnie's are guaranteed that I will be shopping there again in the very near future 👍👍

This was a special item from a collection that Heinnie's had. They very kindly held this for me for a while. When did eventually place the order the item arrived within 24 hours. As normal the staff were helpful and friendly and I'm a very happy and regular customer. The excellent inventory is only part of the reason..... The attitude of the staff, if anything, is an even bigger factor in me being a regular customer. I highly recommend Heinnie's for all your camping and outdoor gear and especially their vast inventory of knives. Over 190 different manufacturers of folding knives and 150+ fixed blade manufacturers as well. They restock regularly, so if you see something out of stock that you like, it will probably be back on the shelves within a couple of weeks 👍👍

As always I received exceptional support with this order. It's a knife I've wanted for my collection for over 18 months. Finally my having funds available coincided with the Tops Wild Hunter being in stock 🙏🙏 The order was placed very late on Friday afternoon but it still arrived within 24 hours. There really should be a Dubai hotel rating for some businesses - 7 x ⭐ 👍👍 Heinnie's would definitely qualify. This order was for the Teesar ( Mil-Tec ) black commando smock shirt. It fits perfectly and looks great with my Teesar black bdu trousers. Have managed to pick up loads of discontinued Teesar clothing from Military 1st over the last 2 years along with a lot of other clothing by MFH and Mil-Tec. Excellent service as always with immediate dispatch.

This purchace was for 2 knives.... The Kizer Harpoon mini made from CPM 3V and also a Kizer Yorkie with a Bohler M390 blade. Both knives were very competitively priced and are beautiful. I ordered them on the Thursday before Good Friday and received them 2 days later. Excellent service as normal from Heinnie's fully justifying their 4.9 rating. I've never had an issue with an order, even with specially requested items. Consistently exemplary customer service. Would definitely recommend Heinnie's to anyone who collects knives or enjoys camping and an outdoor lifestyle.

It could be quite easy to take the service at Heinnie's for granted but I'm just amazed and obviously very grateful that I found them. One was an unusual looking Tanto folder that I've looked at a few times. This order was placed in the morning. I made a spur of the moment decision to make a 2nd purchase later in the afternoon - 45 minutes before Heinnie's closed to be precise. The 1st purchase had already been dispatched and was with the shipping company. However, Heinnie's managed to get this late order dispatched as well and I received both the next day. I've been buying from Heinnie's for just over a year now and every order has arrived within 24 hours. Any queries regarding additional product info or about items not generally stocked have been dealt with by friendly and helpful staff. Trustpilot need to add a special category for 6 star companies. Heinnie's would definitely qualify.

This was a spur of the moment order placed at 4:50pm on Thursday afternoon. I'd placed an order in the morning that had been dispatched that I already had a tracking number for. However the staff at Heinnie's are miracle workers ( it's true ) and this 2nd parcel was also dispatched on Thursday. Both orders were combined by the shipping company somehow and I received them as 1 parcel the next day at lunchtime. As I said - miracle workers ! ! ! And if that isn't enough Heinnie's also have probably the best ( no this isn't a lager advert ) range of brands for everything from high end collectable knives to edc kit, survival and bushcraft knives and camping gear. I've got 4 separate wishlists at Heinnie's so I'm definitely going to be shopping here on a regular basis. I highly recommend them.

I'd been looking for a Civivi Brazen Tanto with no joy apart from 1 dubious looking site which I wouldn't buy from and they didn't have the variant I really wanted.
I have bought knife sharpening equipment from Cyclair in the past and know they are a reputable and reliable company so I logged into the Cyclair site. I knew they stock an extensive range of folding knives. Cyclair had almost every current model in production by Civivi but not the Brazen Tanto. I contacted the store directly and they were happy to oblige and placed a stock order almost immediately. They appeared on the store website on Saturday (25/01/205) I ordered 2 over the weekend and both were dispatched on the 27th and I received them the next day. (28/01/2025) Couldn't ask for more. As a fan of Tanto knives the Brazen was top of my wishlist as I have recently taken an interest in folding knives. Previously I'd focused on collecting fixed blade knives. I've had a great shopping experience with Cyclair and would definitely recommend them. Their prices are competitive, their inventory is is wide ranging. They stock most major brands in the knife industry whether it be folding or fixed blade knives or the sharpening gear to maintain them. My knife collection will definitely grow throughout 2025 and Cyclair will play a major part in that.

Living in the UK which has very strict legislation regarding importing anything sharp is stressful when the items reach customs. Before making this purchase ( my first from Lamnia but definitely not my last ) I researched both the legality of the knife I wanted and also Lamnia's reputation as a responsible and reliable vendor. As there are several knives on the Lamnia website that clearly state they're not available for sale to the UK I was satisfied that Lamnia is a responsible trader. I read several product reviews where the items had shipped to UK and all were extremely positive, not just about the product, but also regarding Lamnia's speed and efficiency in dispatching those products. With all boxes ticked, I went ahead and placed my order. Everything went smoothly until my knife reached UK customs. The issues that have arisen are entirely down to UK customs and the shipping company. However on contacting Lamnia regarding these issues they have been very understanding and helpful. This is definitely a company that has customer satisfaction as a top priority and I will not only be making more purchases from them, but also would happily recommend them to anyone consiering buying from them. They're definitely a responsible company with a well earned reputation for excellent customer support. I wish I could say the same for UK customs and certain shipping companies.

I've received several parcels delivered by DPD over the last 18 months and every single one has been delivered within 24 hrs of me placing an order. Their drivers are always friendly and deliver within the scheduled time slot. On 2 occasions I've not heard the door knocking and only realised I'd missed the delivery when a missed delivery text has been sent to me. On contacting their support centre the drivers have been notified and returned and completed the delivery within 20 minutes. This is excellent customer service and I take my hat off to both the staff in the call centre and the drivers. This is a company that has great appreciation for customer satisfaction and their staff all have excellent people skills. The drivers are always cheerful, friendly and polite. If there was a 10 star option DPD would definitely be contenders for a full 10 rating. 5 stars for overall efficiency and a 2nd 5 stars for the attitude and manner of their staff I placed a last minute order at 5pm on 23/01/2025. It is being delivered between 12.41 and 13.41 today ( 24/01/2025 ). It's being delivered along with 2 other parcels that were ordered yesterday morning. Majid is the driver today and he's delivered several of the parcels I've received from DPD in the last year or so. A great guy who is an excellent ambassador for his company.

This is is the 2nd time that UPS have shown total incompetence when presenting the parcel I'm expecting to customs. First they needed photos and a detailed description of the item even though all the specifications and payment details were on the invoice. After emailing the relevant information no one conacted me for several hours. I ended up having to speak to 4 different departments before description issue was resolved. The following morning upon checking my emails and tracking I discovered they were now trying to scam me into paying the VAT twice as well as trying to charge me a 2nd time for shipping and also adding on import fees. As the package was coming to UK from Eurozone new post Brexit laws state that any item purchased in Europe costing less than the £135 import duty threshold must have the 20% VAT paid at point of purchase. A global shipping company should know the laws of the countries they deliver to. My item cost £61. Shipping was £7.70. After these were combined the seller added the 20% VAT charge as stipulated by UK law. I paid £81.80 in total. I still haven't received my parcel and am waiting for UPS to remove the extra £27 they are telling me to pay for import fees and taxes. I'm not sure if this is an American company policy to get round Trump's global tariffs but it is not the first time UPS have tried this.I've contacted the seller asking them if it's possible to use a different shipping company as UPS are a bunch of charlatans who provide a very poor service and try to make you pay twice for their incompetence at best or attemted fraud. Not sure which but if an international company I wish to make purchases from UPS I'm inclined to buy from a different vendor who uses alternative shipping companies.UPS should in my opinion have their trading licence revoked. I feel sorry for their staf who work in their call centres. They're all very understanding and apologetic but the issues I have aren't with them and the seem to be aware that certain company policies are there to infuriate customers. I'm sure some people just pay the bogus additional fees just to get their parcels released and delivered quicker and with as little stress as possible. And I'm sure that this the goal of company policy.

My most recent order from Military 1st was for an item that had just come back into stock, but in very limited numbers. I was having issues with my preferred payment method but Military 1st made my purchase so straight forward and the assistance I received was 2nd to none. They really went the extra mile and the product was in my hands in less than 24 hrs of payment. I would definitely recommend Military 1st to anyone who is shopping for outdoor, military and tactical clothing and camping gear.
