Brilliant service. This is my third bike from them, and the only place you should go to. Service to comms all professional and the standard of the bike are as described. Number 1 bike shop. Period.

From the initial enquiry to the delivery of my bike, everything was great.
Fast response to my questions and the delivery guy was very knowledgeable and polite.

It was my very first experience with cycle exchange and I can say it won’t be the last one. So far all the bikes I have purchased were brand new so understandably I was bit apprehensive to start with. However when the bike arrived it was exactly as described on the website. It was very well packaged to minimise any damage during transportation. What also made the experience good was the fact that I was able to speak to the guys over the phone and found them to be very helpful. So definitely top marks from me👍🏻😀

Bought a bike on Cycle to Work through these guys and it was a seamless and positive experience. Emails in advance were responded to almost immediately. I visited the store and while my chosen bike was brought round, I was given a free coffee too.

The team allowed me to reserve a bike using the C2W voucher but said I could choose something else if it wasn't for me, which is brilliant customer service and flexibility.

Max in the store was particularly helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use these guys again!

Josh was really helpful in finding the right bike I was looking for and made the process really easy. He kept me updated on everything and was quick to respond to any questions I had. Delivered on time and the courier kept me in the loop on delivery times.

I’m so happy with my new bike, and really pleased with the service from Cycle Exchange. The team are responsive to messages and so helpful. My order was shipped within less than 24 hours and it’s exactly as expected.

Unfortunately the chosen courier APC were pretty poor with a delayed delivery and lack of communication. Not a fault of Cycle Exchange at all and wouldn’t stop me using them again in the future.

Don’t think I will buy new again, I purchased through a cycle to work scheme and the process couldn’t of been easier, the help and support via email was first class and when the bike arrived it was beyond my expectations, highly recommend

What’s there not to like, you walk in and surrounded by all these gleaming beautiful bikes, I wish I could afford them all!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would.
I have long searched for a pinarello Dogma F, and I ended up buying at Cycle exchange as the bike looked as it was new, however the price was super convenient, way below the price of a new model.
I would say thanks to every single member of staff who helped me and showed knowledge, passion and dedication.

Got an offer through for my bike which was quite frankly offensive, considering they are marketing the EXACT same models/specs for what would have been a 133% markup. Just plain greedy. I'd rather them just come out and say they didn't want it rather than try and pull my pants down. Madness. Complete waste of time.

I bought an F12 from cycle exchange and it was a great price.
The bike is absolutely immaculate, it could almost pass as new.
Friendly staff and a nice easy transaction.

Max is a cycle enthusiast over a sales person that supported me through the whole purchase of a pre owned late model Cannondale Synapse at nearly 50% of the current RRP. I was made to welcome and given the opportunity to test ride the bike irrespective of a commitment to buy. Once I agreed to purchase, the bike was given a thorough check and final tune by the on site work shop while I waited and I was able to take the bike straight after that. Cannot recommend them highly enough.
