Great bike in excellent condition, arrived built, fully serviced and ready to go, would definitely use again

Had been looking for this particular bike for a while (Liv Langma Pro). Finally came up in my size.
I traded in a gravel bike in exchange. The whole process was straightforward and the staff were great.
Am very happy with the bike and have recommended Cycle Exchange to a few people.

Knowledge and efficiency very good. Friendly service. Mechanics excellent. Wasn't too happy on my 2 part exchange values this time but I was happy with the value for money deal on the cycle purchased, so thar concern sort of evened itself out.

Good choice of bikes in the category and size I was looking for. Very patient young fella helped to set each bike up for me. Able to test ride the bikes. Bike was second hand but in excellent condition. Good valve. Went in the next day to ask a question about the bike and was made to feel welcome .

My needs for a cycle were quite specific, Cycle Exchange had a bike that looked as though it would work. I was able to test it out alongside another bike that may work. It helped me decide what was best for me. I have only had 2 rides out so far due to opportunities but I am quite happy with the bike, very good condition for a second hand bike and not a bad price. great help with finding suitable bikes for youth triathlon, along with all the problems of UCI legal kit and the ability to gear restrict. fantastic service from sale staff and workshop to make sure the bikes are the right thing and in fantastic order.

Bikes are all top notch and good as new. Service received from Hazel and Josh was excellent too. Very prompt email communication and in store couldn't be more helpful. Took a bike out to test whilst we were there and then able to purchase on cycle to work scheme too. 12 month warranty as well. What a great experience.

Really easy to contact and deal with via email.
I traded wheel in for credit and used that towards a bike. They swapped the saddle out before sending as well - all good.

Knocked one star off as they were let down by their courier APC, 3 failed collections.

Great product at a very good price, really good service. I emailed with some questions and got a very quick, clear response. Every step after that was met with really prompt and clear communication and the frame we have bought is brand new (oldish stock) at half the price and absolutely mint. Really impressive product and customer service and would definitely recommend.

I recently bought a bike frame from the Kingston store. The team - both in the office and the bike mechanic - went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful, as well and being incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Hugely recommend them.

This is my second Pinarello from Cycle Exchange - the first, a Dogma, is still great and going strong but I wanted something for endurance and liked the look of the X series so bought a 5 and upgraded cockpit to the fully integrated Talon. Fantastic support from start to finish once again and great advice, The whole team are fantastic but big thanks to Matt, Josh and Hazel. I will back as practice the 'n+1' concept of how many bikes you need and would not look anywhere else.
