Staff were really helpful

Took almost 6 months to sort out a bike…
Took almost 6 months to sort out a bike to store. Customer service didn't try to resolve the issue. Chased up over 10 times and when i began to lose patience only then was there a reaction

Thanks for the feedback. We understand your frustration with how long this took, particularly having to chase for updates on several occasions.
Unfortunately, the delay was caused by availability issues with Giant, who had pushed the bike back several times before it became available to ship from their UK warehouse. We were in contact with Giant throughout and had escalated the order with them to try to get it moving as quickly as possible.
That said, we recognise that the overall experience could have been better, particularly around keeping you updated and managing your expectations. We appreciate your patience and feedback.

Long drawn out process. Never told me about the delivery fee and took it out of my deposit. Had issues trying to ring and delayed email responses. Overall wouldn’t deal with again.

Staff very helpful
Staff very helpful. They were great in follow up and picking up the phone to tell me if there was a delay and when the bike was ready. They assisted well in the set up of the bike and put it in my car for me. Overall very pleasant expecrience.
