To many fake buyers
I relisted both bikes and the same group of scam artists trying to sell Vehicle Reports came out of the wood work. These individuals pretend to be buyers and then ask for what basically is a carfax report for motorcycles.

Disappointed.
So far the only contacts about my motorcycle have been from scammers. 4 different scammers attempting to get me to use scam websites or blatantly lying about their location/ intent to buy my bike. So far I have not had 1 genuine inquiry. Very disappointed.

The site has it's merits
The site has it's merits. I've been unable to access it because it won't take my saved password and username. The link to reset it is a loop, so it goes nowhere. They sent me a phone number to call for reset, but every time I call it, even at 2:30pm Pacific time, it says they're closed

Terrible editing options
I've sold several motorcycles on CycleTrader over the years but the process to place an ad has gotten harder and less user friendly.
SPECIFICALLY - I have an ad currently running where the TITLE of the ad is wrong (even though I did click through the "Trim Level" etc. AND I cannot edit the title of the ad! This means that anyone searching for a BMW GS model will NOT see my ad. I have emailed you guys and gotten no response.

This is the first time using your site. It was hard to navigate. When I received an inquiry I have no idea where these people are from. The way the inquires are formatted on your site are confusing. It's too confusing. I get a better response and it's less expensive to post my cycle on Facebook. I won't be using your site again.

Website is very much "non-intuitive". Overall impression is that it is 1990's web design. That being said, it gets the job done. Sold my motorcycle with a large number of follow up inquiries.
