Disappointing product, low quality. Should be made clear to the customer that the jersey is being produced in China. Firstly I wasn't able to see my finished design as there was a problem with the design tool on the web-site at checkout. I was re-assured by Cyclists.com that the design could be done, unfortuntley they didn't quite achieve it (one image facing the wrong way) Great communication from Cyclists.com pre production, not so great after I received the jersey. Biggest problem was the sizing. Initially chose a size and then informed by Cyclists.com that the sizing chart on-line was out of date. Provided me with a new one, which resulted in going up 2 sizes. The jersey is massive, can't wear it outdoors for fear of it turning into a parachute. The only use will be layering up in the garage in the winter months. I'll not return

Great cycling top' good fit' looks quality and feels nice' deep pockets for phone, money, bike pump' gels etc..
Overall glad I purchased this jersey. Thought delivery time was slow though' around 2 weeks.

I ordered a jersey to be shipped to the US, and it was the wrong size. Return shipping was a costly proposition, so Cyclists.com worked out a VERY equitable solution that got the correct size jersey shipped to me. I love the jersey -- its fit, its quality, and most of all I'm very happy with the great customer service I got from Cyclists.com

The service provided is excellent. When ordering I did notice that orders for more than 1 jersey could be dispatched separately however when 1 jersey arrived and the other hadn’t arrived after a few days I was becoming concerned. I contacted them and they were extremely apologetic. They chased my order up and I received it within a few days. I was kept informed throughout. Can’t praise them enough. Highly recommended

I am a new customer to cyclists.com and I am so impressed with their customer service. And for what it’s worth I don’t normally write reviews. I initially purchased two items and received both on time. Loved my teeshirts so much I ordered another and a cycling top. As with my first order my parcel arrived the next day. Unfortunately the teeshirt arrived but not the cycling top. I sent an email to them about it and Darren got straight back to me apologising and explaining that the other item was being shipped from abroad, noting that it should’ve been explained. He was prompt, courteous and offered to sort out tracking my item and keep me updated. And over the course of the next hour sent me several emails while sorting things out. Top man!!! Issues can happen when making online transactions, however, it’s how companies deal with them that matters. This is the kind of service that fosters customer loyalty. I will definitely be shopping with them again in future. And thanks again Darren.
