I recently experienced an issue with my E-bike, which led me to consult Cyclo Monster for assistance. They conducted a detailed inspection of my bike and provided honest insights regarding the problem. It was identified as a stretched chain, and they proposed a replacement at a very fair price. I agreed to this and also requested the replacement of the rear cassette. The repairs were completed promptly, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. I cannot recommend their services highly enough.

Following an extensive search for a Cube Aim Pro XS mountain-bike, which proved difficult to locate due to limited stock, I successfully procured XS mountain bike from Cyclo Montser for my son's Christmas gift after he changed his mind at the last minute.
A phone call confirmed the XS model's availability, and the staff member provided excellent customer service.
The online ordering process was efficient, and delivery was prompt.
The mountain-bike arrived well-packaged; however, minor scratches were noted on the lower parts of the mountain-bike These imperfections are insignificant and unlikely to detract from the overall enjoyment of the bicycle.
As the mountain-bike is a Christmas gift, it remains untested. Therefore, I cannot comment on its ride quality.
In summary, the entire process, from online ordering to delivery, was seamless and satisfactory.

Excellent service from start to finish.
Took the plunge on buying a new bike for work, found the one I wanted online, went into the store last Friday where Andy and the team took the time to understand what I wanted from my new bike, sized me up properly, ordered the bike; advising it might be two weeks, received the call after a week and picked it up today.
Very very happy indeed, thanks team cyclo monster!

They fixed my bike while I popped to the shop ! AMAZING! Wonderful Staff!
Tried to rip me off for a completely new brake system for over £150 when all I needed was two new levers which they said they could not get. I sourced them for £12 from the manufacturer and can easily fit myself. Will not use again.

Just had my bike in for 6 week check up. Booked in no problem, dropped off on time, grabbed a coffee across the road whilst it was being serviced, got an email when it was ready. Can’t fault the service. Picked up some bits whilst in there too..

I had a query about some wheels I had seen on their website. Adam answered my call and was very helpful. I placed an order and Adam phoned back to query with me that I had opted for delivery when I had said earlier that I would collect them. Seems nothing was too much trouble. A great price on the wheels as well.

Left my road bike in to have work carried out on front and rear brakes. Couple of days after collecting the bike I noticed that the Allen key thru axle on the front wheel was sheared and rounded. I didn’t inspect the bike after collecting it as this store has a good reputation!….This thru axle was a new part and had never been used before I had dropped it into the store (so it only could have been damaged by a mechanic at Cyclo monster). Called the shop straightaway and they asked for an email with photos. I sent all of this to them as requested. 12 days later no response to my email. I then phoned them and spoke with someone again and they said someone would call me back. Two working days later again no call back.
Really disappointing that they are not bothered and do not appear interested in replacing the Thru axle they damaged. It is understandably embarrassing for their mechanic to have to own up to shearing and rounding a thru axle but as a business they should make good on mistakes like this. I was not after a refund of any description I just wanted them to replace what they had clearly damaged. Will not use this business again - was planning on potentially buying a new bike from them. Not anymore!
I HAVE BEEN WAITING 2 weeks and taken 3 days off (I’m self employed) now for something I ordered and Payed £1600 for I also got Royal Mail 48hr delivery but I’m still waiting and the only source of contact who is no help and doesn’t read emails just sends the same apologies each time is a fella called Adam, and to top it all off I have contact the supplier directly and they have stated there isn’t any stock issues and I could of ordered from there in 2-3 days at the same price I have emails from supplier stating this and I have a recept from cyclo with a 48hr Royal Mail delivery
Plus all the lies and dates Adam in there customer service team has told me I would like to take this further as Ive really been put out of pocket by this, the complete lie I have been told and just want my money back or my bike as this cannot stand
Please advise as this is surly a breach of my consumer right you have stated on my receipt it would be 48 hr Royal Mail, your customer service department has give 3 separate dates with it hasn’t turned up

I took my bike in for the Platinum Service.
They kept the bike for three weeks before I got it back. In total It was approx £166. I had a new chain and cassette and headset bearing fitted. The gears too we’re not working correctly and I had a weird crunching noise on the left pedal which I assumed was bearings or bottom bracket.
I did get a new chain, headset and cassette but was told everything else was ok.
The gears were never the same after the chain was always rubbing against the derailleur, and I’ve had to watch videos on YouTube to correct that issue myself.
The crunching noise in the left pedal is still present when cycling.
Also the bike is supposed to be clean after the service and yet there were dirt areas which I deliberately left on the bike which were present after I picked it up, so if it was cleaned they barely touched it.
I don’t think it was serviced to the standards they say. I would not go back there.

These folks know how to service a bike. I got a platinum service for my road bike. Highly attentive service delivered with care and thoughtfulness. Most importantly my ride the next day was like riding a new bike. Beautifully smooth braking & gear changes and the hubs. And the bike literally purred again.
