Fabric is not as it appears online...
I purchased the Egerie blue and white striped bed. The bed is good quality and delivery logistics were smooth. However, the fabric of the headboard and bed sides is synthetic and shiny - very different from how it appears online. I asked for a swatch before buying the bed and was told they don't offer samples. They have offered a refund if I return the bed. However, it is hard to assemble and I no longer have the boxes so I am stuck with it. No offer of compensation was made despite the pics being misleading, which is a bit poor,

Damaged but helpful delivery guys
The guys delivering were very helpful and brought in the boxes carefully; they were polite.
However, the decorative finial at the top of my parasol is loose and bent out of position. I am not able to tell if this was done during initial transport to daals or by delivery team. It did have a protective tube in it but it was damaged within this.

I purchased garden furniture which was delivered. Once it arrived I realised the table top does not fit my garden space. I requested a return and was told that I have to pay for the items to be returned to their warehouse. It’s costing £180 to return. Please read the small print before you buy. Do not recommend!

If only every delivery could be as easy…
If only every delivery could be as perfect as this! Amrit and Jason were precisely on time to when they said they would arrive (to the minute!), carefully delivered my order to exactly where I wanted it, were kind, courteous and efficient. Plus their uniforms were really smart looking, which I know doesn’t impact the delivery itself, but as a brand, well done daals!
I’ve yet to open my order properly but if this is the level of service I can expect I can guarantee I’ll be back shopping at daals again very soon!
Damaged item and poor service
Damaged item received. Customer service for return was terrible. One phone call asked to send photos of obvious defect. Follow up phone call to see what was happening and they ask for another photo of the product wrapped and ready to be returned to “avoid delays”. Never heard of anything so stupid…. Especially when the exchange would take place 10 days later. This is not the first faulty item I’ve had from Daals but it will be the last time I order through them. Poor quality and poor customer service
Update- 16th July. After multiple emails. Multiple photos. Multiple phone calls, the customer service is still unable to give me a date I can get a replacement. They seem to make up their ‘processes’ as they go along. Surprisingly they don’t have an official complaint process. I do not recommend this company.

Delivery drivers are rude
Delivery drivers are rude, nearly causing accidents. Then speeding through road works nearly putting their van in a ditch. I don’t care how good the product is, I wouldn’t want these guys anywhere near.
