Eric and Scott were polite and…

Eric and Scott were polite and efficient when delivering my bed. Thank you. Only reason it’s not 5-stars is due to inconsistent delivery date and time. Sooner that originally planned and not enough lead time to make adjustments.

Excellent service

Placed an order for a Willowbrook Bistro set two days ago and it has arrived today, driver (Dave Aurel) was very friendly and polite, placing the set into my garage. The table which comes in two parts and took a while to assemble as the willow lattice was over the holes where the fixing belonged, however once a bit of jiggling it all came into place. Would recommend this company for service and prompt delivery, will certainly be looking at other products in the same range in the future.

Absolute shambles of a company

Absolute shambles of a company. Ordered the Chantilly White Washed Wardrobe. Came with all the fittings missing along with no backboards or drawer boards. A lot of emails and phone calls later took a fortnight to sort out. Two separate deliveries with the missing parts a week apart. The only good thing was had a lovely girl Nina from customer services sorting it out. I would not order from this company again which is a shame as they have nice stuff. I have read your reply you emailed me regarding my review. I don’t want to edit it and it shouldn’t take a bad review for you to contact me to apologise.

Inability to supple ordered item

Prompt information regarding inability to supply advertised rattan footstool. Excellent communication from Dana’s regarding their policy or not supplying the ordered item unless other matching garden furniture had been purchased from them at an earlier date. It is a great pity that on the website advertising the item it is advertised and priced as a single item with no mention whatsoever of it been attached to matching garden furniture.

Very Inefficient Delivery Service

Daals gives a very broad timeframe for delivery then a very short notice period for when date confirmed. For example, I bought my cuddle chair on 21st May and was given a delivery timeframe of "up to 8th June"... I then get less than 24 hours notice for delivery on 26th May... I was not going to be home, and with such late notice, no time to arrange anything. When I called to move the time, the guy asked me "can we deliver to a safe place or neighbour"... ummm, it's an armchair so no... When I asked for another deliver date, I am back in the neverending circle of a wide timeframe with a short notice period of delivery. I'm tempted to cancel altogether and get my chair elsewhere. Way to go Daals...

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I’m sorry to hear about your frustration with the delivery scheduling process.

We do our best to provide as much notice as possible; however, our delivery planning operates on a live and fast-moving schedule with our courier network. As a result, the timeframe provided at the point of order (in this case up to 8th June) means the delivery can take place on any date up to and including that final date.

Once the delivery slot is confirmed, it is often at short notice due to routing and logistics being finalised in real time. We understand this can make planning difficult, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.

We also appreciate your comments regarding the request for a safe place or neighbour. This is a standard question from our delivery partners, as it can sometimes help avoid unnecessary delays or rebooking, particularly where rescheduling would require the order to go back into the planning cycle.

If you are not able to wait for the delivery timeframe provided, you do of course have the option to cancel your order. However, we would really prefer to work with you to keep your order on track and ensure you receive your item as soon as possible.

We’re sorry again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your feedback.

Great service from Daals and the delivery drivers Dave & Aurel, very friendly and helpful chaps.
Dispatch was faster than I expected, with a text message in the morning with a delivery time slot.
Dave called me approx 10 mins from arrival as well which was great
