DA Gas are always really helpful when arranging appointments, the ladies taking the bookings are lovely.
As for the engineer I cannot fault him. Such a lovely chap who really knows his trade, andmakes a big fuss of the dog.

Always efficient, polite and trustworthy. I've had a new boiler installed, a faulty radiator tweaked and a water tank drained over the years. The company is friendly and I don't feel that they will charge more than is appropriate for the work being done, unlike other companies!

We have used D A Gas for a number of plumbing issues over the past few months and always have good experiences. The most recent work involved a full flush and clean of the central heating, followed by fitting of two replacement radiators.
This took place over two different days, with different staff. Both guys were punctual, polite, considerate of our property and did very thorough and professional work. They checked with me if there were any decisions to be made, and showed me the jobs as they progressed, so I felt very confident about their work.
It's also nice that someone from the office calls afterwards to check that everything is OK.

Had an emergency with no hot water or heating and these two engineers were fantastic. They arrived within the promised time slot, were super friendly, and got everything sorted quickly. They explained everything clearly and made sure our heating and hot water were working perfectly before leaving. Highly recommend their professional and reliable service!

Danny replaced our rad valve and was quick, efficient, tidy and friendly. Excellent service.

The engineer came as the time of the appointment, so didn't have to change my plans for the day ahead. Went through everything properly and explained everything to me, very helpful.
