Excellent service. Needed two replica guns as props for a play. No charge as they were broken. Really helped us out

I have sbsolutley nothing but amazing thjngs to say about this company :) Not only are the products better than decribed but the service is somthing that many othet companies could learn from, they truly put you the customer first and then some . If anyone had any interest in this area then these guys are no 1 in the uk as far as im conserned , either joe or jordan or one of the team will go abpve and beyond the call to make ypu happy . I just took another delivery from DAI Leisure, as always a pleasure! From ordering to delivery, first class service and communication. Driver Paul telephoned to say he was en route and 14 minutes away. He turned up exactly on time! Cheers Paul, great driver, professional and polite! I've ordered 3 times now from DAI and all deliveries were on time with no real issues other than a late delivery from going to wrong address which gave me enough time to make a coffee so I've got complaints about that.
