Disappointing

My first time ordering and they ask you pretty specific questions about your style, needs, likes, etc. When I received my preview email, describing the clothing that was coming in my box, none of it matched the actual photos of the clothing that was being sent. I specifically stated that I live in Florida and do not want heavy clothing and/or sweaters. When I received my box, the first thing I pulled out was a flannel shirt and two sweaters! I also indicated I didn't want anything brown or black, yet I was sent a pair of black leggings. It's like the stylist never read any of my preferences! Also, I asked for pieces under $50 (since that was one of the options they asked for) and my stylist also completely dismissed that request. Very disappointed.

Not satisfied

The shipment was supposed to come at the end of February but it comes early every time. Which is ok but I financially plan for it. It is just too expensive for me right now also

Great customer service. Maximo & other staff were so helpful. They did everything needed to help me resolve my issue. They stayed in constant communication with me to make sure my situation was being taken care of. I was very impressed by their attentiveness. Thank you!

I had issues mailing my monthly box…

I had issues mailing my monthly box back, and when I called support to let them know that I needed a new label, and that the return package would be late getting to them, they were both helpful and gracious. It was a very pleasant experience. I am so thankful for their kindness, and the grace period they allowed for me to get the box back to them without automatically charging me for the return items.
