Terrible style selections despite very specific feedback. I was fine that the first box was a dud, because hey, maybe they just needed more feedback. I sent SO much detail, even requested specific pieces and shared my IG profile and Pinterest board so they could see exactly what my style is and what I was looking for. I cancelled my subscription after the second box arrived with clothing that was not only what I specifically said I did NOT want, but all styles are just old and drab. I'm fairly convinced the "stylist" did not read anything I sent, and suspect at this point it was an unresponsive bot. If you're looking for a stylist solution that's specific to you or unique, trendy items, this subscription is not the way to go.

Tried several times, disappointed and canceled
I purchased several boxes through DailyLook and ultimately canceled my subscription. The first few boxes, the stylist kept sending me things I didn’t ask for and not providing any of the types of items I was requesting. These were things like I asked for dress tops for work, and instead I kept getting an absolute ton of sweaters. I gave feedback multiple times and then asked to switch stylists. Then, in my most recent box, one item came with several large stains on it and another had a hole. I pointed these issues out in my feedback form for the box and no one ever contacted me. Customer service has been poor. Item quality is variable.
I’ll also note, they used to be willing to schedule an ups pickup for you, but when I reached out to request that service most recently, I was told they won’t do that now. So you have to bring returns to UPS yourself or pay out of pocket for a pickup.
Things I have liked though that bring it up to 3 stars: a lot of the sweaters are really soft and fun textures. Some of the items have met what I asked for, especially with the second stylist I worked with. There are definitely some great items I’ve added to my wardrobe from them.

Terrible Quality, Overpriced, Stylist Won’t Reply
I’ve written my stylist twice with no replies. Clothing brands seem old? I tried looking up BECOOL or KORYE or OLIVIA GREY brands and only find items on resale/consignment sites. I wore a KORYE sweater I got from DAILYLOOK ONCE and washed on delicate by itself twice and it has a hole in the shoulder. Mind you I paid $89 for it!! What a joke.

Good First Impression
My first experience will be rated as a four with daily look. The stylist did a great job choosing clothes she thought would suit my body shape.

First, I don't recall signing up for scheduled boxes, as I was always doing them on an as needed basis. Randomly, one came to my house and it was just okay. It was then that I noticed that I was on a scheduled service - however i was supposed to get a box in September and it still hasn't arrived!!! When I check the tracking, the date keeps moving 3-4 days ahead. I reached out to customer service several times; they refunded my styling fee but assured me that some boxes were getting hung up in customs. That was in Dec.....
Do not go with this company! There are way better options.

I have waited over a month - crickets
I have waited over a month to be assigned a stylist for my first box, and it’s past the date I was supposed to receive my box. I even requested a new stylist hoping that would ping their system to get moving - but no. I spoke with customer service several days ago and was given a nonsensical pasted reply. At this point I just want my money back.
