DailyLook’s Outstanding Customer Service Made Things Right
accidentally sent my DailyLook return to Stitch Fix. They confirmed they received it and said they would send it back to me, but I never got it. Around that time, I had surgery and wasn’t focused on the situation.
Weeks later, I noticed a charge from DailyLook. When I contacted Stitch Fix, they told me they had donated my clothes and said it was DailyLook’s responsibility to refund me. After reaching out to both companies, DailyLook stepped in, listened, and made it right.
I’m so grateful for DailyLook’s customer service. They truly care about their customers and went above and beyond to help. 💛

The clothes are great…timing of boxes seem sporadic. The cost is okay when I take into account the time I’m saving by not having to go shopping.
Terrible Customer Satisfaction Policies
I had higher hopes for this service. I kept a few items here and there, but overall the clothes sent to me, were not at all what I requested based on the questions I answered.
I have kept the service with high hopes for the year and at times was late sending back the items I did not want to keep without a problem. I always got credited but today I got an email chastising me for sending it past 30 days and they said they’re going to send it back to me at my expense. What a freaking ridiculous thing to do! Punish your customer for life getting in the way and forgetting to send back within 30 days. Go ahead and send me back clothes that I don’t want. It feels like you guys rotate clothes that other people don’t want and send to someone else that’s what I feel like I’ve received.
I paid a $40 styling fee each time. My fault for continuing to hope for better styles.
Now I’m stuck with a bunch of clothes that I hate and cannot wear because this company has terrible customer service. How about a phone call to address why am returning so many boxes of clothes? You would think that you would be concerned and want to help send me things that I would love and keep and pay for but now I paid for stuff I don’t like. Time to go back to Stitch Fix. They always had exceptional customer service.
I just wanted to try something higher end which this is not.
The right thing to do would have been to contact the customer by phone and discuss what would work for them instead of continuing to send stuff they send back again and again.
Shame on you for punishing a customer that has spent thousands of dollars on your overpriced clothes.

I spend lots of time looking for…
I spend lots of time looking for outfits. by letting them pick it out and spending money with them, I spend less than snatching up my outfit here and there while I’m shopping. Plus, it’s nice to have the newest styles. I found that my stylist listens to things that I want, but she also teaches me in the clothing department by giving me new stuff to try.
Something to look forward to ~
I look forward to opening a box of items that I wouldn’t normally choose for myself.
Not at all what was expected…..The company makes you go through…
The company makes you go through listing what stores you shop at and what styles you like and dislike, but then the clothes that are selected for you are nothing like the styles you favorited. I feel like they look at your birthdate and decide from there what clothes you should like. Very disappointed experience and would not recommend for any age woman!

Loved getting packages in the mail and shopping from the box!! I liked the styles sent by my stylist and the clothing seemed to be good quality. Down side for me is the pricing was a bit high for me right now. Great company and great convenience.

The customer service representative was amazing & compassionate. She answered all my questions & left me with piece of mind. Im now awaiting my 3rd box. Super excited! I might give up my STITCH FIX subscription I've had for 7 years💜
Selection
I like that a selection of complimentary layering pieces are included in each box. I feel that my likes aren’t always reviewed by the stylist prior to shipping but the selections are varied enough that I usually discover a few items that I’ll enjoy wearing. The return process however, is lovely; free shipping & convenient. All in all I’m enjoying the service so far; thank you.
Customer Service Rep great, but...
Customer service provider was very nice, easy to understand, and efficiently handled 3 issues with my 1st order/purchase and canceled my second box, which did not fit my profile. It had colors I do NOT wear, styles I will not buy, and extra things I marked do not need. The reason I gave 4 not 5 stars is because I am not satisfied with this service. So, I changed stylists and decided, if the profile I completed is not followed for the next box's preview, I will cancel. Shipping is not free.
The advantage of trying things on before buying.
The clothes I received were very well made and attractive. The only problem was sizing. All were Medium, but some were significantly too big and another was way too small. But we all know this
can be a problem no matter where you buy your clothes, so it is comforting to to know you can try items on and return them if necessary.

My experience has been absolutely wonderful. The choices are amazing. Unfortunately this came through when my life is in shambles. I was fired from my job and unfortunately I have nothing. Hopefully one day when I start making money I can continue this journey. Thank you for an amazing relationship and experience.

Love the service, but price point is too high
Love the service and I love that you can preview what your stylist picked before you get your box. My last box, I ended up keeping all items but 1 and I was very shocked to see the price! That's the only problem I have with it.
