Prompt assistance
The downside of the delivery service is that it is outsourced too many time... There was language barrier with the courier personnel resulting in the delivery failure too.
Customer Service was helpful in trying to get our parcel delivered. Fretzie Aton helped us when our parcel failed to be delivered multiple time. Her response to our email was prompt. And she helped us to communicate with the delivery team until our parcel was successfully delivered.

I had an item I bough online, set for delivery… delivery never happened. I was told ((even though I work from home and am home at all times during the day) and specifically the day of “attempted delivery”) that they “couldn’t” deliver it because noone was home. So sick of these companies.
Poor Sevice
Unfortunately, Ebay Global use DHL to ship parcels to Australia, once parcel arrives in Adelaide SA they use a sub contractor (DAI) to deliver parcels. Again unfortunately DAI like to deliver not between business but after hours when businesses are closed. First parcel lost, second parcel undeliverable at 8.30pm,(checked our cameras did not attend) advised we are open 9-5 work days, ok they will try again and again they tried at 6.30pm, unbelievable. Arranged for me to collect on saturday 9.30am went to warehouse CLOSED. arrange again for Tuesday and lucky for me they are open. But had to wait 3/4 of an hour for him to find. On a positive note I contacted Customer Service and spoke to Scott Tomkins Jala many times and he was very very helpful and again unfortunately it was not his fault that the warehouse and delivery staff just dont care!!!

Why they sent my package 15mins away 30min round trip? Order from DHL USA to Aus there's an aus post 2mins from me or surely they must have a closer hub. Or perhaps they could do the right job and deliver it to the address which I believe they did not even attempt to do.

Appalling lack of Customer Service
I bought something from eBay and it was sent via DHL to Australia and then forwarded on to DAI couriers for delivery and apparently it was "unsafe to leave at my address "on the 11th of march at 6:15am even though I was at home and awake! have spent the last two and a half months trying to ascertain where my parcel is. I spend ages waiting on hold when I call, the only emails I receive are system generated after I have called to say the matter has been "escalated". No one actually replies to my emails or has any clues as to what happened to my parcel nor do they actually care. Pretty sure they are banking on me giving up!
Not keen on driving out of town
Erika was great in getting my orders delivered. Frustrating that I had to ask after one sat there waiting to be taken out for 3 days and the other for 9 days. Same deal last time, seems this company does not like delivering out of Melbourne CBD

Took a month to correct a minor address error
It took them two weeks to attempt to deliver the package in the first place, despite arriving in QLD after a week. Due to the sender having an error in the address, the package was not delivered and returned to the depot. It was almost a week before I noticed this, as there was no communication of the error, despite the package including my phone number.
After calling DAI Post, we discovered the address typo (23/38 had become 2338), the customer service agent said the package would be resent promptly. It took a month to be resent, and over that time, the customer service agent, Erika Draper, sent 10 pointless emails that were flagged by my email as written by AI. Each email took two paragraphs to say “we’re working on it” with zero information relevant to my case or any details on what was being done.
The package was tel delivered via AusPost in the end. I will be contacting the sender to ensure DAI Post is avoided in future.
No care factor whatsoever
I bought something from eBay and it was sent via DHL to Australia and then DAI couriers delivered it to my Housing commission flat and left it at the front door for everyone to see. The whole neighbourhood is housing commission and the fact that the courier was blatantly too lazy to give a crap. My parcel was stolen. Lots of words from Erika at DAI but no actions. Would thoroughly recommend avoiding.

Terrible customer service
I’m very disappointed with this delivery service. I had been in contact with the team member Claire Angana about redirecting my parcel to a different address as I do not live at the house that they were sending it to, anymore, and she assured me that she had requested for the package to be sent to my new address. The tracking details said ‘delivered’ this morning, but it wasn’t at my location. I had to call my old neighbour from my previous house, and sure enough the parcel was there. Claire said she would update me when the package was on its way, but never did. I do not recommend this delivery service to anyone. I’m very disgusted.
