I purchased something that used this…

I purchased something that used this service to deliver the product. Initially I hadn’t gotten notifications on the delivery process but when I reached out for support and an enquiry I received timely updates and solutions. I was updated through every stage and was thoroughly impressed with the level of care and service I received!
Jenny was the Consumer care representative that I was in contact with and she handled my case. Phenomenal work and I felt like I wasn’t just a number.

I could see using the tracking number that they had the parcel for 2 weeks and still hasn't been delivered. The response to my questioning asking where is my parcel is, was good, but i should have to ask after 2 weeks. Driver looked like he was about to rob me, instead of delivering a parcel.

Couldn't track my parcel online

Couldn't track my parcel online. Kept telling me that it was undeliverable but not where it was. It was initially given to DHL hen passed to DAI. I got in touch with DAI online who responded promptly. Thew service person, Lizette Tecson, responded quickly, found my parcel and I was able to pick it up. Very happy with DAI's service and assistance, especially with thee service person, Lizette. Anne

Urgent package arrived on time with great service

We were waiting for an urgent package as my daughter was travelling overseas tomorrow. Lizette from Daipost helped us locate the package and then contacted the driver for us to ensure it was delivered today. The package then arrived safely and on time. Thank you Lizette for doing a fantastic job and helping us out today!

Excellent customer service!

My parcel was unable to be delivered as there was no safe place to leave it, and I missed the phone call from the driver. I contacted the office, and the Consumer Care Representative, Geraldine, was extremely helpful. She arranged a re-delivery of the parcel for me and worked around what would best suit me.

Professional postal service

DAI Post gave me great tracking updates and I knew exactly where my international parcel was at all times. From its departure in China to its arrival in Sydney the passage through customs and the courier tracking from then on to its delivery in Queensland. I contacted their office with a query which was addressed in a friendly informative prompt professional manner by Jenny . Her follow up messages were much appreciated. The complete service I recieved was second to none and a rare thing these days . In closing thanks DAI for a great tracking / delivery service . Will certainly be using again . Highly recommend . Five stars without a doubt.

Daipost delivered me someone else's…

Daipost delivered me someone else's parcel.
I complained online and Stephanie surban, "customer service agent" lied to me, saying, we attach a photo showing delivery.
The photo she sent was a satchel. My parcel was in a box with a logo, that went to someone else's house.
I had to use my detective skills to track my own parcel to the person whos parcel I received, otherwise my order would have been lost. Daipost doesn't care at all and lies to cover their track

Stay Away if Possible

Truly dissatisfied with this company, I’ve never had any problems with shipping, the first time a parcel goes through this companies system it gets lost, and I get told it’s been ‘short shipped’ and even though on tracking it says it’s arrived into the country ‘it hasn’t been scanned at the destination’

Customer Service

After finding my parcel wasn't at the location on the tracking system. Customer service tracked it down and within the hour called back and sent through the address of the hub for me to pick up. Very quick and understanding!!

I accidentally wrote my address wrong…

I accidentally wrote my address wrong and Jenny my DAI representative helped me get my package delivered safely to the correct address am so grateful for the ongoing and quick communication they had with me until I got the package. Thank you so much and really appreciate your service.

Terrible Terrible Terrible

I am extremely frustrated with the company, as they have held onto my parcel for more than 30 days without any justification for its release. Despite my repeated inquiries, they continue to promise that it will be released but have taken no action. I shouldn't have to contact them daily for updates. Their customer service is unhelpful and I feel I am being misled. This level of service is unacceptable and I will be taking further action.

Cheap postage which is what’s giving it…

Cheap postage which is what’s giving it the two stars , but both times that I’ve received packages from you guys they’ve been thrown at my door. I’ve had no updates when I put in my tracking number to check. Didn’t know my parcel was out for delivery as tracking doesn’t update (even now it just says it’s arrived in the destination country nothing about it being out for delivery )

Absolutely do not use DAI..

Absolutely do not use DAI if you have the option.
They delivered a very expensive, very rare package to the wrong address. I had taken the day off work to make sure I was home they just left it at a random house.
The items i ordered are limited and no longer available.

When I opened up a claim asking for proof of delivery they took a week to respond and all they did was send a picture of my package sitting outside of some other house and then closed the case immediately.

it’s not hard to check the photo and then check google street view and see the houses are different..

Lost my irreplaceable package because of a useless driver and now looks like I won’t be compensated for it..

Package not found but quick resolution

The driver left our package in a secure place - but I didn't look hard enough to find it! I contacted DAI support via their website and had no response (otherwise the review would have been 5 stars). However, when I contacted by phone they were very helpful and within a few hours had sent a photo of where the driver had left the package.

Fretzie Aron was an excellent help in assisting in sorting a customs query regarding an overseas purchase whereby the company didn’t provide the required information and said it was sent with DDU.
It all got sorted and I received my ours has without having to pay additional fees. Thanks Fretzie!
