Terrible

Terrible. Late acceptance of orders, only two deliveries of milk a week (Tues & Thurs, no ideal!), sometimes milk was off, two recent totally missed deliveries, can’t communicate directly with dairy, payment not transparent, very hard to handle the account. I am quitting!

Appalling customer service

My experience is very similar to others. Having had a positive experience for the first few months, I am currently experiencing weekly issues with my milk delivery. I have been delivered incorrect amounts and types of milk and been charged the full amount regardless.
The worst thing about this service is the appalling customer service. You get no response at all from Dairy Drop when you email them. They are happy to take your money but don’t see they have any duty to deal with issues when they arrive. I’d be more understanding if someone took the time to respond.
I would not recommend this service, which is a shame as I really don’t want to go back to plastic milk from supermarkets but feel I’ve been left no choice.

My complaint is similar to others

My complaint is similar to others. Sometimes milk does not come, sometimes non organic is delivered which we can drink and so I gift to others. Finally they do not reply to emails to cancel our order. I am moving to a more reliable company!

Avoid this company. Emails about non delivery of milk unanswered. Although I am in credit because of advance payment and undelivered milk, my emails have now been blocked. BEWARE - something very odd about Dairy Drop

I would not recommend their service

I would not recommend their service. I used their service for a while but cancelled it. They failed to deliver my last order or refund it or reply to any e mails on it. They logged it as delivered in their app. I raised it at the time. One month later and I am still chasing an answer. Deeply disappointed. No goods and no customer service.

Great…until you have a problem

This site is great, until you have to change anything. The app is poor quality and practically impossible to cancel future orders. I changed address (1 road over) and despite updating everything on the app have had five orders (and counting) to the old address. There is no contact phone numbers, just an email address which takes days to respond

Bad service For two months I had my milk delivered…

For two months I had my milk delivered three times a week.Then my delivery suddenly stopped with no reason given.When i enquired why my delivery stopped i got no answer.it has taken me three weeks to get a refund and they still haven’t refunded me the two weeks of non delivery and no reason why they stopped delivery.I have cancelled my account as I have no faith in the service

Absolutely terrible service

Absolutely terrible service. Payment was taken after cancellation of order in August. Now it is December and I still haven’t had a refund despite an ongoing email conversation. Only about £40 but the fact is this company seems completely useless. I keep getting excuses such as the accounts department have moved offices then the person dealing with this has left. However, still no refund over 3 months later. The latest email I received asked me why I had requested a refund! I referred the person to the entire email conversation which could clearly be seen. This was a couple of weeks ago, no response since! What can I say?!

Do you bit for the planet

Do your bit for the planet - go back to MILK BOTTLES where glass can be easily recycled. I did - and its so easy. Contact this dairy and they will look after you.

Excellent service - always on time (early morning) and no problems when you are away on holiday etc..

Terrible

Terrible. BE WARE They are total thieves take your money and don't deliver milk. When they did deliver milk it was off. Not good at all no telephone number to contact emailed to cancel and still kept taking payments even though canceled AVOID.

Good at taking your order but not…

Good at taking your order but not cancelling it.
I cancelled my order over 6 months ago yet they still keep taking payments. No tell number or address cannot cancel order. Other people I know have had same issues. Beware!

Probably avoid

Great service except for amending or wanting to cancel the service. The contact area on the app doesn’t work and I receive a delivery failure from the contact email.

Poor execution and lack of care

I have been using dairy drop for 6 months now and my experience has been littered with disappointment. Firstly, the milk delivered doesn’t last a week. In winter the milk lasts for 4-5 days in the fridge before going sour and in summer as little as 3 days. The milk is delivered between 2 and 3am but even on the occasions where I have brought the milk in at 3:30am it is still room temp.
Twice now I have found a broken bottle on my driveway with no attempt to clear it up.
There have been a number of time when either the organic milk or free range eggs have been replaced with cheaper (non-organic /free range) alternatives, no price adjustment no explanation. We have also had bits missing from the order, again no explanation and only give a refund having requested it.

It just feels like they have not contingency plan in place for something going wrong and they don’t care if it does.

Customer service is really difficult to get hold of and the app/website doesn’t allow you to cancel future orders.

Signed up 6 months ago after a bad…

Signed up 6 months ago after a bad injury from tennis and not being able to go to the shops as regular as I would normally do so and have kept my milk subscription going now I am back to full health mainly because the service is so good and the milk tastes much fresher good work DairyDrop. Faultless all the way though and the email communication is on point.
