I placed an order 2 months ago and have been tracking the shipping via the link they have sent me. Apparently it has been sitting in a warehouse in NY state for over 6 weeks... Now it is 6 days until Christmas and my son will not receive his gift. Its a scam. Its a joke. Shame on google for recommending the site.

The clothes are too small and the material is not great.

My parcel got lost by their courier company Yodel. Both seller & delivery service refused to refund. It is seller’s job to track the lost parcel & get compensation. I lost over 113 british pounds.

I ordered a Viking blanket on the 16 of Dec. It arrived at it's destination on the 22nd. Read some bad reviews about the co. But you made the person's day and they love the blanket. Will order from you again thank you

Like everyone has indicated stay away from the products. I saw a llama themed Sherpa throw/blanket. It looked really nice in the photo. It looked like a real blanket. I was excited because it was for my grown daughters birthday. I am really bummed as to what I received instead. 1). Not the kind of Sherpa I am used to in almost every store I have ever seen or what I have at home. This is NOT a Sherpa. 2). The size is for a small child or pet. 3). The material itself is so super thin. I took photos. 4). I payed $45.00 total for something that should only cost maybe $10.00 at the most. Now if I can return it and order from somewhere else. Really, really disappointed.

My mom ordered from here and received something that did not look like what Was ordered. We were able to get instructions to return the merchandise for a refund after MONTHS of trying to reach someone just to find out it needed to go to some place in Italy. I sent it 6 months ago an my mother’s money is nowhere to be found.
I wish more could be done to sanction places like this

I ordered 2 adults blankets for my grandkids,i was send 2 baby blankets.I asked for a refund but i have not recieved a response back.I am so fraustrated.My grandkits Birthdays are comming up,i can"t give them this baby blankets.I will never order again.

i got 2 different charges on my card for $48.74,the first one was billed under Kietra,which i googled and couldnt find,the second from Daisy, so i called them to find out why they took my money, they told me it was for a sweepstakes i entered, i was like No No No!..I never entered any contests and i want my money back, he said he understood and canceled, suppose to refund my money, we shall see! Ugh!

They don’t deserve even a 1star rating. I ordered 2 shirts size med. They arrived weeks after the promised date, they were obviously made in an Asian sweat shop, they were supposed to be a man’s medium but they are much smaller than US medium. The stitching is huge and fabric so cheap. PayPal were absolutely useless, I am now stuck with 2 cheap and nasty shirts. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY 😡😡🕵️🕵️

Don't buy from this company they deserve 0 ratings. I ordered from the US, received the order days after the scheduled date when I complained and I wanted to return it. They said that I have to return it at my own cost and they ask me to send the item to Italy. They are the worst, unprofessional and cheap products!!!

Totally frustrating, distressing, and disheartening. The raincoat I "purchased" was coming from Italy, which I didn't know -- it took THREE WEEKS to arrive -- and this long lead time was not apparent on the website prior to purchase. Since it didn't arrive in time for my trip, I attempted to return it, but that process required extensive documentation and photos before my return could be "approved." It was NOT "hassle-free!" Postage for the return was almost $30! Then, to top it off, my return was returned to me three weeks later because it was not "approved by foreign customs" despite following all the protocol for return documentation. ARGH! I was offered a gift card to use on their website, but I've lost all confidence in this company. Don't make the mistake I made -- avoid all purchases!

I ordered 3 bottles of the Calive skin serum. A different product arrived. I emailed. I got a response immediately offering me 25% discount. I said I wanted the product I ordered. I was offered more discount. I declined and was offered more. They also pointed out that if I chose to return the items I would lose the postage cost and have to pay to send it back.
Very quick to offer discount. Almost like they had done this before?

DO NOT BUY from daisy store!!!! it is a completed fraud, the return refund button in their site is completely bogus, they drag their feet, they ask for pictures of your package, that you opened upon receipt and absolutely dislike the quality and color, it needs to be reported to the better business bureau

I had to choose a one star because there is no choice for zero. The “oversized” linen shirts were tiny (smaller than some medium shirts), the fabric was cheap, and the shirts took over a month to arrive. Avoid this website like a plague. It is a horrible business.

Bought two pairs of shoe same size, when I got them one pair was wrong size, just wasted my time for no refund! Stay away!

WARNING!! Do NOT buy from this store! They will not accept a cancellation within 3hours. The phone number is bogus, as is the online chat. You can only email customer service. They have very cute items, but of poor quality. To return the pair of $39 shoes, I was supposed to pay $48 via return service to Italy. The shoes were sent to me from Chino, CA.
