I placed an order in April. I received a free gift it said in May but have not received my order. I have emailed them several time and the keep saying I can return it. Either they don’t understand English or they are not understanding that what I received was not what I ordered. I have my credit card company filing a refund with them now. I am very skeptical on ordering anything online now from companies like this and international.

AVOID DAISY STORE. ONE SHIRT TOOK 6 WEEKS TO ARRIVE DESPITE ADVERTISED "3-4 BUSINESS DAYS TO PROCESS" AND "1 WEEK TO SHIP". UPON RECEIPT, SHIRT WAS EXTREMELY POOR QUALITY. UNABLE TO REACH COMPANY THROUGH PHONE OR CHAT, EMAILS ARE RESPONDED TO EVENTUALLY BUT STAFF IS UNHELPFUL.

The linen "oversize" shirt I ordered is 10 inches smaller at the chest than the Daisy Store Size Chart Promised and requests for information, required forms, address for return are going unanswered. Website makes returns difficult. I guess that failures in returns is part of their business profit model.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DAISY STORE. They are an absolute fraud - products are NOTHING like the advertised image and the quality is rubbish. I purchased the western cut ankle boots for $85AUD - they were meant to arrive in 3-8 days, took over a month!! When I opened the package, I couldn't believe the rubbish product they sent me - worth $5 at best!! Similar to other customer reviews here, I've sent emails and photos, and they offer a refund, but I'm responsible for the expensive international postal to Italy. What a joke - rather than waste another $40-50 on postage, without any guarantee of a refund, I'll keep the rubbish product sent to me, cut my losses and notch it up as a lesson learnt. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DAISY STORE!!!!!

Stay far away!! Items are not as advertised and you will pay $$$ to return ship internationally to their return center. Items are really poor quality and you pay cost of return shipping ($30-40) to return them. It is a SCAM!!! They count on you not returning the poor quality items for their business model.

Daisy store deserves ZERO rating and it’s too bad consumer affairs or the trade commission cannnot stop this company from doing business in the U.S. I’m so sorry i did not do my homework and read these reviews before ordering. They lie. They state on their website and on the confirmation express shipping 2-4 days and once the order is placed and you contact them to inquire where the order is they give excuses and insist that you supply them where it’s written that it ships 2-4 days express. When the mdse finally arrived the sizing is all wrong. When you try and return it they want you to pay the shipping to Italy. This is the absolute worst company I have ever done business with in my life.

I would pick zero stars if I could. It is extremely small, thin cheap fabric, took a month to show up, the customer service phone number is a message that then hangs up, the chat feature doesn't work and they take days to respond by email, then want pictures of the item and original packaging. I will be shocked if I get my money back.

I ordered 2 dresses, the same size. I waited a long time . Only after I challenged the charge did. They show up. One was tiny one was large, the material was a joke. They barely resembled the pic. A quality that made me cry. IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE!!!!!! I used their own guide and ordered clothing up one size. None of the clothes fit. This clothing is so cheap you cannot even use it as dust rags. The picture for one dress was midi length linen dress and jacket - what did I get - mini-mini that doesn't even cover made from a thin poly blend - YUCK! I bought a ladies Trench coat from Daisy. According to the size chart on the website, a Medium was equivalent to a US size 10. The chest size was 40 inches. When it arrived the trench coat was so small, it looked like it was made for a child. I asked to return it for a larger size, but the coat had to be returned to the manufacturer in Italy, rather than the U S distributor where my purchase came from, as indicated on the package. The cost of returning the garment exceeded the amount I paid for it.

Oh dear, I wish I had read these reviews before buying :(. I received the shirt I ordered, and although it was a nice shirt it was a bit small so i sent it back at the cost of $AU26 to their Italy address about 4 months ago. I followed their very strict instructions precisely but I've never seen a refund for the shirt. So, I spent about $AU80 and have nothing to show for it. I realise it's Covid, but it found its way here in reasonable time.

I ordered a couple of items in early September. I have never received them. I tried so many times calling the number and emailing them about my complaints to no avail. I finally got an email back from a name Sabrina, saying that it’s on transit.
I’m very disappointed and will take action on reporting this to the business bureau.

I placed a larger order with them 10+ weeks ago, and it never arrived. Their customer service is only available over email, and they have been telling me for 6+ weeks that my order will arrive soon.

As with Lydia, I ordered two items in August. One came fairly quickly but the other has been "lost in space" since then. They say they are trying to track down the item but nothing ever happens. I have repeatedly asked for a refund or a tracking number but they won't agree to either. What a bunch of jerks. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is fraudulent.
It took 6 weeks and multiple emails to get my purchase. The dress was supposedly shipped but then it mysteriously disappeared after 2 weeks in transit. The shipper did not update the shipping information for 3 weeks and did not respond to multiple messages.
Daisy customer service kept telling me that sometimes there were shipping delays and they were sorry. I told them I wanted them to re-ship my purchase with a different carrier and send me tracking information. They did and then I received a message that there was a problem...I contacted Daisy for the 5th time- same message.
My dress arrived today it has no label, no tags and no washing instructions which is mandatory, by law, for all garments.
Needless to say, I will never do business with them again!
