Amazing from start to finish! Miles was so helpful with suggestions and demos of several different models and the result was me getting a pair that have transformed my experience of every gig.

The artist support was and continues to be incredible! Miles is so responsive and easy to get hold of. He’s made everything so easy!

So happy with my new IEM’s and it’s great to have the peace of mind that spending money with Miles was 100% worth it!

Miles is great. He knows his stuff and it was great testing the different in-ear options. The 3D imaging was a million times easier than the goo in your ears. Mine fit great. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of in-ears.

The whole experience was excellent. Miles is very knowledgeable and being able to test the different IEM's was invaluable in deciding what model to go for. I ordered both ear plugs and some 64 audio IEM's. Initially I had some slight fitting issues but Miles was quick to get this sorted and after some tweaking everything is now perfect... in fact it's the best seal I've had on a set of in-ears since I started using them almost a decade ago!

I've had my trusty pair of custom monitors for many years. They became a bit like triggers broom. After the latest issue I decided it was time to up my game. New impressions were sorely needed and I was interested to see what all the new companies (that weren't around 15 years ago) had to offer.

After a bit of research, a few emails to various companies, I decided to get in touch with Miles from DCA. A few other bands on my agency were raving about the service so thought I'd give him a message. Within a few minutes I was speaking on the phone to Miles. Running through all the various options, prices etc. To be able to speak on the phone to the director of the company, and have such a personal service, convinced me DCA was the way to go. Before I knew it I'd organised an appointment at my own home to demo lots of different units from various companies and have a 3D scan of my ears taken. Much quicker, nicer and more reliable than the old fashioned ear impressions of the past.

Miles' communication and support from the very beginning, until delivery was nothing short of incredible. He was always honest about prices and wasn't remotely interested in selling me anything other than what I needed. I ended up with some lovely 64 Audios. After 2 months of use I couldn't be happier.

Please give DCA a go. You may (or may not) pay a little more than some companies, but trust me when I say the support and personal service you'll receive is worth every penny. This was a big expense for me so it was nice to be guided through by Miles. I can't recommend him more. Plus, he's a gigging musician, so he knows what it's all about.

What an amazing experience I had with Miles. From start to finish he was absolutely amazing. He has an excellent set up where I was able to try so many different in ear buds and actually listen to them to find my preferred sound as everyone wants here things differently. He was very patient and took the time to explain my many questions. This was a unique experience using 3D imaging which was totally painless and fascinating to watch. I am so happy with the end result. My custom 64 audio in ears, with my logo on look and sound fantastic and I would highly recommend Dakin Custom Audios. Miles was great from start to finish. Really enjoyed the day trying all the different options out, Miles didn't try to direct me towards any of the models, just let me experience them for myself but answered all questions I had on them, often drawing on personal real world experience with having used them which I found really helpful.

I ended up going for the 64 Audio A3ts and I couldn't be happier with them. The fit is so comfortable, design looks great and they sound amazing. So much clarity, bass sounds incredible, so much space, feels easier to sing with them in.

Miles has been quick to respond to any questions throughout the process and I have no doubts in his on going support should any issues arise.

Amazing service from start to finish. Miles was so helpful talking through the different types of IEM available and what might work well with my use case (brass player). We trialled about 10 different pairs from across three brands until I had chosen a pair — this process was not rushed at all, and I was really able to A/B test between all pairs to make sure I was making the right choice. I settled on 64Audio A3t's, and they are fantastic.

The 3D scanning process was so easy, and perfectly accurate. The IEMs fit like a glove. Couldn't recommend more.

Miles really does put custom back into custom in ears.

I knew I wanted 64 ears and trying to find somewhere in the uk to purchase without the minefield of import tax etc etc dca was my answer.

The 3d impressions were amazing, those who have had a traditional impressions done know the experience of sitting waiting for this goo to go off, none of that with 3d but also going with dca totally removed the worry of "are the impressions correct" "did they get everywhere they needed" miles was brilliant explaining the entire impression process and it's on file so when I need more products its one email job done!

But the biggest thing for me was being able to sit and listen to all of the 64 offering, I chose a completely different product than I thought I was going to get going into the process. There's no denying that I would have still got an amazing set of ears but having sampled everything I found something completely different.

So yes miles really does make custom in ears back to being a custom experience from first contact to that text message asking if your home tomorrow for a surprise (3 weeks early) no doubt I will be in touch again soon!

Miles was so knowledgeable and helped me understand every step of the process. Not once did I ever feel like he was trying to oversell anything - I got the exact product for my needs.

He was super friendly, great at communicating and everything happened in a timely manner.

Would recommend Miles to anyone, whether it's your first experience with IEMs or your hundredth. Fantastic service overall!

Miles is ace! A lovely human being and an exceptionally knowledgeable man. He guided me through the process (my first custom fit experience) and explained the many variable's associated with such a broad range of product availability.

He knows the products, offered guidance and supported me through the whole process.

I ended up, through a demo, changing my decision with my in-ears. I would have been disappointed is Miles had not offered any guidance. He was also very very careful when he had his probe in my ear!

I’d recommend Miles to anyone looking for a perfectly fitted in-ear. He is always contactable and responsive.

Miles is really helpful and friendly and will work to your budget. He let me try a few different options first before I made a decision on what I wanted to go for and gave me advice based on my requirements. In the past I've used cheaper IEMs with standard ear pieces, these are made from a 3D scanned mould of my ears and they fit perfectly and never fall out, and the clarity of sound is so much better than anything I've used previously. Would highly recommend.

Great experience with Miles, he worked around my schedule numerous times to make everything work. Starting with the demo he came down to Portsmouth so I could test all the models fitting around me doing other jobs.

The ears were turned around in super fast time ready for me to take them out on tour the next day. After a few uses I noticed the fit wasn’t quite perfect so Miles organised for them to be adjusted in between jobs, ensuring I got them back ready for the next run of shows, perfect customer service at every stage!

Looking forward to ordering my next set through Miles in the near future.

Where do I begin?!

From start to finish, Miles was fantastic. I originally started out with a post on a drumming forum online and a couple of people recommended Miles and his services. After seeing what DCA did I didn’t even look anywhere else as I normally trust my instincts and I was not wrong.

Miles was very accommodating with dates for a demo day and slotted me in whilst I was gigging in the area around his holiday which was super helpful and convenient.

The 3D scan of your ears isn’t evasive at all, it’s very intriguing seeing how this is done.

I went with some ACS Engage IEMs, for a starter set. Not too cheap but not too expensive and something that will last.

The quality of the product and how it was presented when they arrived was amazing. I couldn’t be happier and the service doesn’t end when the IEMs arrive. Miles puts a personal touch to your order and keeps in touch.

Miles is the man!

After months and months of trying to get my head around which IEMs to choose, I’d almost given up.

I came across Miles on a FB status where someone else was asking for advice and he’d replied.

After looking at his website I contacted him and he got back to me within 24 hours and scheduled in a quick discovery call. I told him what I did, what I was looking for and my budget and he suggested a few suitable options and booked me in to try them out.

He worked the session around my schedule and sat and went through a handful of options and got my ears 3D scanned (Which was such an easy process and took no time at all!)

I picked a set I liked and that suited what I was looking for and Miles took care of getting them ordered for me.

The process was so easy and took ALL of the stress out of the process!

There was a few delays at the end due to Nationwide issues with Royal Mail’s systems… But even then, DCA took care of sorting everything out and kept me updated regularly with what was going on!

The IEM’s are awesome. So pleased with how they’ve turned out!

DCA have truly made a service available to everyone that you’d think was only reserved for the top 1% of musicians!

Exceptional, professional service right from the start. Miles offered expert guidance whilst being patience and listening to what I required in an IEM. I was encouraged to try 3 different brands and after listening tests we discussed qualities and characteristics of each to hone down the choice. Miles provided plenty of time for evaluation and to give my ears a break. The 3D scan was a quick and simple process that has resulted in me receiving a perfectly fitting set of 64-Audio A6ts. Easy process, lots of options, Miles was very knowledgeable on all products and could advise what may be best for guitar/ vocal IEM with the budget I had. Looking forward to trying them out this weekend !!

What a great way to get IEM moulds. My previous experience from another supplier was quite painful. The scanning tech that Miles uses has meant that I've finally got a great seal on my IEMs.

Miles spent a considerable amount of time going through all the various options/models to make sure I was happy. I ordered a set of Fir Xenon6. Two weeks or so later I received a message to say they were ready and Miles went above and beyond to drop them off personally so I could take them straight out on a run of gigs. The Fir Xenon6 sound amazing, also I couldn't be happier with the fit. I've struggled with the seal on previous IEM's cracking. The DCA scans have provided me with a perfect fit. If you're in the market I highly recommend you get in touch with DCA!
