This was about my 10th DL order. Same consistent efficiency, speed, and product quality. I wish I could replace all my older 12V 200 AH batteries with these newer 12V 320 AH models but I still have more than 7 yrs left on their warranties. These 320’s are really compact. It’ll be interesting to see what they have in another 4 yrs.

I didn't like how long it took to get the battery. There was no disclaimer that your company was so far behind. I waited over 2 weeks before I finally emailed to find out what was going on. It was almost a month before I got it. When the email came that stated they shipped, there was no information for tracking it.
Great lightweight product at a reasonable price. Awesome service and fast shipping. Hope the units hold up as advertised!
I ordered the battery and there was a little bit of a delay on getting it but they looked into it and everything went well.
The level of customer service, honesty, and integrity demonstrated by the Dakota Lithium team was nothing short of amazing. Long story short, they took the time to ensure that I was getting exactly what I needed, even if that meant spending my money somewhere else.
Wow, this company is full of BS!!! I bought a battery with an 11 year warranty a few years go and it died on me. I called their technical support and they walked me through the testing and the concluded that it indeed was dead. Then they fed me this big promise they have not been able to deliver on for months - "we will send you a replacement battery". I keep calling and they say they just got stock in but they have not shipped one for over 3 months.

I have two of the 12 V 10 amp our batteries, the first one is at least six years old.I only have good things to say about the batteries and the company. Great products, and great customer service. You don’t often find an 11 year warranty on lithium batteries.
Don’t buy these batteries or any of their batteries for that matter. One went bad less than two years of light use. Warranty is being replaced but Dakota drags their feet on getting it to you. They are not what they claim to be

The expediency to confirm the order and quick shipping notice. THEN ugliness: notification order was cancelled; missing tracking; finally arrived over 30 days later with no notice! Not my former experiences as a longtime customer.
When I ordered I expected to get the military discount as well as the Black Friday sale price. I was surprised when that did not happen. I had to call customer service and was then informed that it was one or the other. I definitely would not have made the purchase at that time knowing that in advance. I also submitted a request for additional technical info which I was told would be responded to, but that was 2 weeks ago and still no response. You would think when you buy a $3,000 battery you could get questions answered.
I am a repeat customer. I have been well pleased with my Dakota Lithium batteries. I latest battery and charger were shipped within 24 hours of me placing the order. Support is excellent! I filled out the online form describing my concern and received a detailed response within 24 hours.
