I placed an order on November 27th. My main complaint isn’t about the product, but the lack of status updates. I realize shipping batteries is more complicated… just better communication about your order would be appreciated

I have to admit I was skeptical about…

I have to admit I was skeptical about the 11 year warranty when I purchased my batteries over four years ago. I was wrong. After a year I had to have one battery replaced and Dakota took care of me. Now, after four years of ownership I have another battery that is not working and they are replacing it as well. I highly recommend Dakota. They honor their word and make it an easy process.

Helpful from Ordering to Install

The website is very helpful and well detailed so I was able to get exactly what I needed and shipping was surprisingly fast.
Batteries and accessories got here within a few days but before that I was sent a few videos on installation, charging, and maintenance which were very helpful.
Excellent experience overall!

It works great but I ordered three 12V 100AH batteries when I should have ordered 1 36V 100AH battery three takes up to much room

My order came in only a few days after…

My order came in only a few days after my order. Looking forward to seeing them in action. I ordered 2- 12/135 batteries, which by the way our new additions to my boat. I have ordered 3 batteries originally for my electronics, very pleased with them, thus far.

My charger has quit working and I ordered another one and now it has also quit. Best battery I’ve ever owned junkie charger. I’ve ever owned called and talked to somebody at Dakota and did not get very much help. Next time. I will buy a different brand.

I haven't recieved a response to my warranty claim. Fortunately I live 16 blocks from their headquarters in Seattle and will attempt to return my battery in person.

We recently purchase the PS2400

We recently purchase the PS2400 for our job site needs, no more annoying drone from a generator and quick charging in the back of the van on the way to our jobs. Dakota lithium is the only lithium battery we need. Our guys personally use their lithium’s for their boats. Great product, don’t sleep and get yourself anything Dakota Lithium.
