Love the batteries and power! Huge difference from my old lead acid system. My only complaint is being able to get the app to work. I’m just an engineer not marketing, but think you’d want to send som... See more

I was unable to charge my small lithium batteries. After one email to Dakota Lithium they gave me the solution. I was using the wrong charger. I very much appreciate the quick response to my problem.
Do not buy. They last ok for a year or so, but no different than traditional deep cell batts. I’m struggling to get 18 holes out of them.
I purchased my first dakota lithium battery 2yrs ago they are lite and reliable, I hurt my back pulling out my old lead battery now I only use lithium batteries.
Fished an 11 hr tournament, had power all day long. Awesome!!!
Detailed discussion on battery characteristics and application.
I'm on my third battery that has just failed to take a charge. While the warranty is great, having to deal with replacements is a pain. I had a charger and two batteries fail. They do offer great service, but I'm done. I can buy three same sized batteries for this price.
great product, fast service and over communicates... all good. Battery was as advertised and it arrived quickly. I will use them again.
The customer service was amazing!! I got to discuss every detail of the plan installation and obtain great suggestions. I have succesfully install a 12V 320ah lithium battery in my boat. Thank you!
Uniquely needed a Dakota lithium 135Ah battery to replace 1 of 2 heavy original installed batteries in our Four Wheel Popup Camper. Dakota team heeded my instructions to delay shipping to have my battery arrive not at my home but at a destination in MT and by a certain date and not a day before. Flawless is how I describe my experience in their meeting my expectations and we easily installed the new and lighter more Amp HRs Battery and it took care of our boondocking Solar power needs without any issues. Pleased to say the least and highly recommend the company’s products, people and performance. C.Siess
My experience was your company did the right thing when they didn't have to. Integrity, means a lot in today's world. Not sure if it was my direct contact or just your company in whole but I have told my group of over 300 ham radio operators of my experience with Dakota Lithium. Hopefully, some buy from you. I know I will again.
I wanted to know more about how to use your dual use LFP batteries. Specifically how to use without a lead starting battery. I received good info from your tech rep but not about this question. He recommended an ABYC consultant who also didn't know the answer. I'm now sorry I bought these Dakota batteries
I purchased the dual purpose 12 V 60AH battery for my boat. After two months, a cell and the BMS went bad causing my Humminbird electronics to shut down when the battery was fully charged and the motor was running. I contacted DL and sent the battery back under warranty. I was told the battery was confirmed to be defective and a new one would be shipped. I received an email stating my order shipped . After a week I didn’t see the tracking move so I contacted Dakota Lithium. They informed me that the order shipped email was an error and my replacement battery was on back order for up to 6 weeks. I stated that was not acceptable and requested a refund or a discounted upgrade to the dual purpose 12v 135AH battery that was in stock. DL offered me the 135 AH, if I payed the delta price between the two batteries, I agreed. I asked for expedited shipping, they declined unless I paid for it. I declined. The new battery shipped and took over two weeks to arrive. So after being inconvenienced for over two months without a battery and all kinds of frustration on the water, Dakota Lithium did nothing above selling me a new battery. I understand quality issues happen. It’s how they are resolved that make a difference and Dakota lithium completely failed expectations, especially for being at the top end of cost for lithium batteries.
Fast shipping packed well like the sticker included
Quick service and a good product. I have two batteries in my glider and I rarely use the 2nd one in a 4 hr flight.
I received my replacement charger within a few days
i had a battery go bad and received a replacement next day.
My second one from Dakota. Both perform as predicted. One running marine electronics, the other as main battery for Merc outboard and accessories.
I have 3 or 4 emails from Dakota and I am waiting for Dakota to contact Fed-Ex to come and pick up the battery. I found that I don't have enough room in the battery box for 3 batteries. 2 lithium and 1 lead acid battery. I bought a 24 volt trolling motor. That is why I thought I could 2 -12 volt batteries
This company has been extremely disappointing. I have a Dakota Lithium 12V 100AH battery. I had two dakota lithium battery chargers the 12V 10Amp that burned up. First and foremost, they were both brand new and hooked up properly and smoked and burned up in minutes. I called in April and they said no worries we will issue you back two because it was within so many days. So I waited and waited. Called back in may and they said they were on back order. I said how come Noone told me that in the first place I have been waiting since April. So he said a shipment was coming in and he would send some out. I called back in July and still on back order and I said at this point just give me my money back I found a compatible charger for my battery. He said it was too far past refunding time frame. So he said another shipment was coming in early September (this month) and I would get the chargers off that. I have still not recieved those chargers. 5 months! How can a company keep business when they leave customers waiting 5 months for something that is necessary to keep their products functional. Horrible customer service. I would never recommend a Dakota lithium battery based on product availability and customer service.
