Dallas Natural Mattress has been wonderful to work with in every way! They are customer focused and very helpful in distinguishing between types of mattresses. Also, the owners are very communicative and do whatever to accommodates delivery. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends!

Nathan at Dallas Natural Mattress was super helpful in every way. He was knowledgeable and patient, he was able to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns with ease. Nathan was also kind enough to drive to the warehouse after he got off of work in order to get the futon to me in a time crunch because there was no one working at the warehouse that day. I would highly recommend Dallas Natural Mattress, what wonderful customer service. Nathan really went above and beyond. Thanks again Nathan!

Nathan made the process really quick and easy, not trying to just oversell on the most expensive options, but what actually fit what we were looking for. With customer service being so horrible in most retail shops lately, it was refreshing working with someone who we could tell actually cared about what he was doing and believed in what he was selling.

We came looking for a new mattress and had a great experience shopping at DNM. There was a great choice of products that met our budget. The customer service was also great.

Nathan was great showing us around and very personable. There was a wide selection of day around 20 mattresses and several different pillows as well. I have a bad back after crushing a nerve in my back so I have to have a bed that’s very soft. Luckily they have a good natural latex bed that was very comfortable and cool, 2 of them were soft one with springs so they had some options. Many firm beds as well for people that like that sort of thing.

They have a great selection of mattresses and Nathan was a great resource. He gave us the right information to make an infirmary decision. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone in the market!

Dallas Natural Mattress was great! Our dog destroyed the cover for brand new our topper and when DNM couldn’t get the manufacturer to replace it they bought us a new cover!
