No reply to my initial enquiry on website, as was considering getting advice and quote.

Excellent, efficient cost effective service received from Dampair. The chaps explained the processes to me and and what was clearly going to be a messy job cleaned up fabulously after themselves... Would recommend!

The guy was really nice. My damp was caused by my garden arrangement. He was very polite and friendly about it, even though I felt like I'd wasted his time. Will definitely go back to them if I have a damp problem that needs fixing

Excellent, honest and trustworthy company. Richard carried out a survey and did not try to sell things we didn't need. Steve (installation engineer) carried out an excellent job, fitted the unit without creating much mess at all and cleaned up on completion.
Can't recommend them highly enough.

I contacted Dampair about a mould problem we have in our cupboard which has been problematic and a bit of a mystery of the cause. I spoke to Richard on the phone and although he was on another job and couldn't come around he talked me through lots a few diferent options and tried to diagnose the fault over the phone.
He then came around to our property twice on different occasions (free of charge!) to assess the situation and advised us based on his findings.
He could have very easily charged us a considerable amount to install a fan, which wouldn't have solved the problem but he actually said that his company wouldn't do that. Richard has been so helpful, available and honest, I cant recommend him and his company highly enough. 10 STARS!!!

Very pleased with the job done. Richard recommended that devices to circulate and extract air, were fitted in the hall and bathroom, in order to combat dampness and condensation. Steve fitted them today. Lovely neat job and totally unobtrusive. No mess left. Both guys very pleasant and helpful. Would 100% recommend.

The guys from Dampair did a great job in clearing the mould and condensation from my home by fitting their PIV unit in the loft.

All good albeit expensive however the humidity rate has fallen considerably so we are pleased.

I chose Dampair after having several companies out previously to do a survey for me which left me somewhat confused about the condensation problem I was experiencing.

I felt that Dampair were clear and offered good advice, Richard the local rep was very helpful, honest, friendly and did not push at all for a sale.

He was readily available to answer follow up questions after the initial visit and offered good advice. He arrived punctually for visits even though we had road diversions locally and he kept me updated with insulation arrangements.

Steve the fitter was also very professional in his approach and was ready to answer my questions - he left my house nice and tidy after completing the work.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Dampair provided us with a couple of options with our quotation, once we had agreed the work date was confirmed, all this happened very quickly and we weren’t kept waiting. Richard and his team finished the work today, it took exactly the amount of time estimated and they have done a very professional job. We are so pleased with the work we cannot recommend them enough. Richard was also kind enough to provide us with some steps we could take in other areas of the house to prevent damp. You couldn’t find a better company to do the work, excellent service.
