We discovered a small patch of mould on our dining room wall. Having looked on the internet, we found Dampair situated locally in Worcester. We arranged a site visit within a couple of days, decided on the best course of action, which was a PIV ventilation unit in the loft. A mutually convenient date for fitting was arranged where the engineer turned up, on time, and fitted the unit with the minimum of fuss, and no mess, within 2 hours. Payment was arranged and all certification provided, two weeks from initial contact to completion of the work. The results have been noticed immediately, no window condensation and after less than a week, have cleaned the wallpaper where the mould had been without leaving any marks. Brilliant. I would not hesitate in recommending Dampair to examine and advise on the best course of action if your property is suffering for damp and associated problems.

I was having problems with condensation in our new home had two companies quote me for a solution. Suffice to say Dampair required about half the work (money) to fix the problem and after 2 weeks to test the waters (joke!) i am pleased to recommend this company.

Fast and efficient service will use again

I had been experiencing some damp issues in my property for some time now and had had various national so called 'Damp Experts' in to assess the problem. I wasn't convinced about their recommendations so kept search on the internet for reputable companies. I happened to find DampAir purely by chance, I liked their Website so left my details. Within 2/3 hours I received a call from Richard who was very professional in his response compared to the other I had spoken to so asked him to visit and diagnose the root-cause of the damp in my house. Richard attended within three days of my enquiry and diagnosed my problem efficiently and advised in installing a PIV. Along with a few lifestyle changes and installing the PIV through Richard, my damp problems have disappeared and have not returned in the past 2 months.
