I didn't use it often enough therefore I cancelled the subscription. I didn't realise I had accidentally open two. When the payment came off I contacted them and they cancelled the other subscription and paid the money back. Very straight forward. Many Thanks.

SCAM!! SUBSCRIPTION FAIL!!
Would have given minus stars...
I signed up for a “7 Day Try” offer, which was later turned into a monthly subscription without my knowledge or consent. I never signed or agreed to any recurring subscription.
When I contacted customer support to request a refund, I was told that I had supposedly agreed to it and that I should have cancelled the subscription if I did not want to continue. The problem is: you cannot cancel a subscription you do not even know exists.
Changing a trial into a paid monthly subscription without clear consent and then refusing a refund is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service at all.
Also - like always in such situations - there is no contact given as to where to write to... so I had to ask my money back via Paypal which lead to being contacted by dancebit...
Case is still not closed... my money still lost...
