Amazing service

Amazing service. Product as described and easy to order in UK sizes even though they're usually in American sizes. I asked for it to be shipped asap as I had a proper Mum failure and forgot to order new shoes for the show! They shipped them straight away and as id paid for next day and it took two days to get to me they refused the postage without even being asked. Will definitely order from them again.

Ordered the rad ballet outfit and as I pulled the label off the stitching of the skirt had already come away for the ballet dress. Really disappointed in the quality. This also happened to 4 of my daughters friends ballet outfit who all bought through this company

Garment too small

Garment too small. Returned... had to chase up refund. Ordered a larger size.... was not informed that it was out of stock & discontinued until I phoned them for an update. I was told that they were busy & behind schedule.

Good range and orders arrived on time. Had to return one dress as too small, the returns process was easy to follow.

The manufacturers all work to different sizing standards and we publish their sizing charts to try to help you get the correct size but are aware that this does not guarantee a perfect fit. Professional and friendly

The shopping experience was easy online with efficient dispatch & delivery. However, what really impressed me was the way they dealt with a query I had regarding the sizing of two shoes I was sent (a discrepancy in what I ordered and what came) - I had a very quick response and resolution with the team members I had contact with just nice people wanting to do a good job 😊 thank you!

Returns policy is very poor

Returns policy is very poor
I’ve waited 14 days and no update re my return. Awaiting a refund of approx £200

Emailed company who refuse to check until 14 days.

At 14 days had to email again.

Other dance companies have a much more efficient returns policy.

The update I have received today from the company following me email them 14days after my return parcel was delivered still does not confirm if my parcel is being processed today, once and if it is it will then take 3-5 days for refund.

We are shortly changing our returns process which should help to make sure all returns are dealt with more efficiently. Customer service needs improvement…

I ordered my daughter’s dance uniform and had to exchange it as the size was wrong. Unfortunately the customer care I received was terrible. It took over three weeks to receive an exchange and when I asked about an update I was told refunds take up to 14 days. Even though in my email I clearly stated I needed an exchange. Customer service was rude and gave me no further updates. Needs improvements. Saying that I was happy with the quality of the uniform.

Occasionally we have a delay in processing these which we know is not ideal. We are shortly introducing a new returns procedure which should expedite the process.
