Difficult to buy dance shoes online, but had to take a chance on fitting. Speedy processing and delivery, £15 cheaper than local shop. Thankfully they fitted ok

Unfortunately I had to return my shoes as too small. I returned by the post office collection. I had to chase the refund after approximately 3 weeks. I got my refund that day
I ordered 2 items only received one had to ask for the other item to be sent to me. The shoes were of very good quality.

Had to return items as they didn't fit, spent ages on the website looking for the return label & form (which invoice said HAD to be used) and in the end had to email them. They received to items back days ago (have Royal Mail confirmation of delivery) and not received notification of receipt or my refund. Just don't use this company.

Do not use this company. They sent me a e-mail at 23.05 with discounts, 55 minutes to midnight. I had gone to bed at 22.30. Not knowing when the e-mail had been sent, we ordered some dance shoes with the discounts, the discounts didn't show on the order, but thinking this would be resolved we still ordered. You can only message customers services, and to cut a long story short they wouldn't honour the discounts. If you are ordering with discounts check the dates and times.

It was my daughters birthday presents, now I'm left with no items and no refund. I've requested a full refund but have been ignored. Avoid this company at all costs! It's a total scam.
EDIT - item has now been recieved after another parcel was sent to me. So I now have the items.

Not going to lie I was quite sceptical with all the bad reviews and saw this after I ordered, however in all fairness they delivered when they said they would, I even messaged only one day after dispatch as I was worried I wouldn’t get a response however I got a reply in ten mins of my email, with dispatch details and a lovely message. Great Great service thank you. Just received the dress it’s absolutely beautiful! It’s for my daughter on Xmas day six years old and she is going to love this. All in all my experience has been 10/10!! Thank you so much guys xxx

I wish I had checked Trustpilot before ordering! I had to return some dance shoes as they were too small, but Royal Mail has been unable to deliver the return, even though I used the return address provided by DD.
When I reached out to Dance Direct I was informed by Jasmine that it's my issue to take up with Royal Mail, not Dance Direct's. I feel this is unreasonable as I followed the return instructions provided, and the parcel is currently at the depot in Newton Abbot.

UPDATE....REFUND FINALLY RECEIVED
I returned my order of white split sole jazz shoes on Thursday 20th November via Royal Mail. I noticed i hadn't received my refund so I checked my tracking. It says that my parcel was retained at Newton Abbot DO on Saturday 22nd Nov and it looks like its still there!! Can someone please let me know ASAP what is going on and when I will receive my refund? I have sent an email and completed a form on your website but had no response!! Thanks

After writing my review the online rep answered “just email dance direct and they can help” I have done this they haven’t even replied with an automatic response they have not and will not ever get back to me. My daughter’s costumes are unwearable!!! Their competition is in 1 week and I’m £300 out of pocket and need to purchase different costumes from a real company!!!! DO NOT USE THIS UNRELIABLE FAKE COMPANY!!!

Initital delivery very quick, but I had to return the shoes I'd ordered because they didn't fit. The Royal Mail tracking says they were delivered back to Dance Direct on 19 September, and Dance Direct claim they process returns within 14 days, but I've had no communication from them. No response to my chasing email either - not even an automated acknowledgement.
